They are generating TONS of these from this area, NJ, all kinds. I get it, tons of cheap labor in India. AND whomever submits you FIRST gets the commission. YES they rates can sometimes be higher than what you're normally hearing. And yes, in order to build a profile for you, they use day and month (not year) of your birth. And last 4 of SSN sometimes to build a profile. they are not trying to steal your data, but understandable why they ask for it. a lot of defense contractors do this. having said that, SOME Of these indian recruiters particularly lancesoft will not take no for an answer. I do a lot of aerospace work, mechanical engineering work. but have been put in by 'swati' a lot for P&G. fine. but if a job description says BS in Chemistry needed (not just wanted), then STOP. FRIGGIN. CALLING. ME. AT. MY. CURRENT. DAY. JOB and stop the canned email responses. One more cut/paste message from her, and i'll ask your entire company to go no contact. in fact I'll cut off ALL India recruiters at that point. it is NON-STOP and none of them, NONE of them have ever placed me. it's simply not worth the constant contact especially when a new job hits. 5-20 calls PER DAY.

Timecards are hard to get approved, they will say "you were suppose to work this amount of hours" and reject it if it's over. (Like how are you going to reject my hours when I have proof from the hospital?) The only reason I haven't cancelled my contract is because it is for my hometown hospital and I do not want to ruin my professional relationships with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL COMPANY.

They only ever offered me two assignments; one where I waved a sign on the side of the road for $10/hour, and another where they woke me up at like 6am on a day I wasn't expecting to work, to ask if I could move some tables around that day for a client of theirs (also for $10/hour). Not sure if it was ineptitude on their part, or they really just didn't have much work for college graduates at the time, but they really weren't much help.

The job was brutal on me and had been affecting my health. I explained this to Manpower and asked them to be placed somewhere else. They said whenever they found something, they'd let me know. Weeks went by and I kept being ignored by them. I finally let them know that I HAD to leave this job and they have yet to reach out to me about anything. Very poor communication and no relationships. The first meeting I had showed a lot of promise, which was very disappointing.

I was helped with employment and in my contract it was six months to hire from temp to permanent with the company I would be employed with. When informing Maham and Quadrant of this they both informed it was nothing they could do and to wait it but my contract said different. I don't think they valued my time or communicated properly with my management. They would have me communicate things they should have communicated to my manager. After one year and four weeks I was made permanent with my employer without the help of Quadrant. Quadrant once again did not communicate with me at all or the best with me. There were multiple issues more than once I had to handle without the help of Quadrant. If you are looking for employment as soon as possible I would recommend but I unfortunately would not work with Quadrant again I would probably find employment myself like I have previously or go through another temp agency.

I did except a one job, just because of the desperation- but the details for the work hours changed 2 times and I was no longer comfortable with the hours- the recruiter tried to pull the whole "I committed you to this job already" bit and told me that she was unable to help me in the future- she called what she did "Help"- that's the laughable part!!!
