I will start out positively by saying that I LOVE the Doctors/nurses/and most staff of this office (especially Tasheen Silva!) My incredibly irritating problem is specifically with the insurance coordinator, Cecilia (Cecile?). I have been a patient In that office for over 23 years. She consistently waits until the 11th hour to get approval for a procedure the next day. This is unacceptable, on every level! This causes extra stress for the patient, who already worrying about a surgical procedure! And what about the times she makes mistakes? The last two surgical procedures that I had scheduled, she not only was late, but then messed up paperwork, as well! To add insult to injury, last month, she wasn't even working the day when my case needed immediate action! Supposedly, nobody else in the office could figure out how to do her job?!? Does anybody actually know? My one surgeon's office says they have never encountered somebody who outwardly demonstrates complete and total disregard about patients' welfare. Furthermore, certain doctor's offices say that it's the NORM when trying to get anything approved through Cecilia. If this has happened to me no less than 3 to 4 times, it begs the question, how many hundreds of mistakes is she making per year? I hate to leave this bad review because I do enjoy the office and the doctors, but maybe it'll FINALLY spur the office manager into action. Having surgical procedures is stressful enough without having to worry about the insurance nuances. Thank God my surgeon has a competent and patient staff to do THEIR best to get it taken care of under the wire (read: Do Cecilia's job). In what world is this ok? I've complained a few times in office, buy I have yet to see any changes. I really wish the office manager would find out why she is incapable of doing her job in an efficient and timely manner, or hire somebody that can. It's one thing if a person makes a mistake but a complete other if they're not willing to learn how to do their job properly. read more

Been a patient there for almost 10 years now. The medical staff has always been great! Since Covid, they've changed their front office staff and the service has went to the toilet. in the few years, they can't seem to get their billing straight. I've caught issues where I've been double billed and had to talk to them about it. I've had issues where they didn't bill me enough for my co-pay, and then just sent a bill saying, "You owe us money" with no explanation as to why. They just sent me a bill on new years eve saying I owed them $300 for a visit 1 year prior. I refused to pay the bill unless Dr. Dudley himself talks to me, the office manager, and my PA all at the same time. I was told by the office manager that he wouldn't do that. She asked me what it was about and I informed her that I felt the office staff was incompetent. She then told me I wasn't to talk to her that way and said I can leave now. (Apparently she doesn't know what incompetent means). Another appointment was not scheduled, and at this point, I'll miss my PA, but am most likely going to be searching for a new Dr. BTW. the 2 star rating is ONLY because of the PA i see and the job she does; otherwise, it'd have been 1 star. read more

My Dad is a new patient of Dr. Dudley's. In his first visit Dr. Dudley eliminated several pills that my Dad was taking and made suggestions. Yesterday we had the opportunity to meet one of his nurse practitioners Roshini D. Singh. What a joy! She truly cares about finding solutions for her patients! She is a "healer" The appointment was uplifting for my Dad and myself. She gave him his first B12 shot and we left with a list of things to do to improve the quality of my Dad's life. Dr. Dudley has hired positive people in his office. Everyone that we have come in contact with is friendly and welcoming. My Dad and I will be looking forward to his upcoming Dr. Appointments! In response to the comments that others have shared about the front desk staff. I have not experienced anyone being rude with me. If anything they are short and to the point because I am sure that they are busy and don't have time to talk unnecessarily. read more

Before I made an appointment with Dr. Dudley's office I researched online and made sure they were covered under my plan. I had my prior Doctor's office forward my records. I would give this office a -100 if I could. There are at least 10 people behind the reception/counter and they cannot even make 1 out of the 10. So unorganized. Small talk between them is more important than the patient. They have no compassion, empathy, they just care about your $$. Dr Dudley is always too busy to see the patients. Great Doctor, great staff. I've been going to him since about 2001 or so now. Friendly GP, quick diagnosis. Really knows his stuff - knows it so well that I visited Dr. Dudley after seeing a dermatologist that I assumed was giving me the runaround (more referrals etc...heck, somebody has to pay for the supermodel staff) THE AWESOME DR. DUDLEY saw me and figured out my problem in 60 seconds... Honest, ethical, really good doc! read more

Great Staff and Dr. Dudley and Carol are the best I've seen in Florida. Nothing is ever perfect and not everyone will be pleased with how the appointments and billing is handled. However, the medical care and treatment is the most important for me, and this office has the best in my experience of the many doctors I have seen in Florida. They do not freely dispense medicine based upon what you tell them hurts, they do diagnostic tests to determine the problem first. The staff calls me with the results of my blood work quickly and if, I need to come in before my regular checkups, I can make an appointment with no problem. Yes, appointments do get filled sometimes and you have to take a different time slot sometimes, but that is with any office. read more

They have completely billed my visit wrong. My first and only visit they billed as preventive when it was a new patient. I've asked them to re-submit. They won't. As a result I am being taken to collections on a bill I do not owe. My first and last visit. Will not recommend this office . They have a history of this and won't correct it. read more

Great office staff. Very friendly and efficient. But the best part of this office is Dr. Dudley. He is very professional, courteous and most importantly a very competitive physician. Been a patient of his for over a decade and have never been disappointed. He is an excellent diagnostician which is a rare skill among family Doctors. read more

Terrible practice! Bad front office especially ignorant rude office manager Luz.  Made appt to see Dr, NP would come in room instead.  NP was very unprofessional defensive since I wanted to see Dr.  I feared for my care and lack of confidentiality.   No compassion or loyalty for his longtime patients on the part of Dr Dudley.  Main goal was get as many patients in each day hence why he shot them off to his 3 NPs and botox/hcg diet. Dudley does like to prescribe benzos freely with no follow up. Luckily there are much better caring Drs out there. read more

Well my job changed insurance companies, So sitting down this morning to find a new doctor .I explained to the lady who answered the phone at the doctors office that I needed a new in network doctor she stated we all always in network with UHC. I explained the 3 heart medications I take and that the script runs out in about 2 to 3 weeks. She stated that there are no new patient appts. till the 2nd week of September I asked since my prescriptions are going to run out and can not be renewed until I see a doctor ( btw I live 2 miles away from the doctors office ) could they try and fit me in . She said no there is nothing that can be done. What kind of standard of care is that . 2nd week of September I hope someone at UHC see's this review . read more

Dr. Dudley is a kind, knowledgeable physician. My husband and I came from Boston and finding good medical care was so important given our age. We tried three different offices until we were referred to Dr. Dudley. You only see the nurses in this office. Good luck making an appointment with a doctor. Very unprofessional environment. I asked the nurse practitioner about a specific concern I had, and instead of examining me, she just confirmed my suspicions: "yes, probably you have it". So what's the point of going to a doctor if you can just Google your medical concerns? But that's not it. I received the bill and it was all mess. They charged me for not rendered services. SCAM! Just left their office both new front desk and manager where horrible to me. I have been a patient of this office and of Carol and duddley for 3 years. Never have I had issue with any of their front desk girls. Today I came in with a infection and felt ill. The girl in the front was trying to confirm my appointment I have gave my correct address and sat down. The address didn't come up as valid. So I gave it to her again and said yeah that's the address. Then she opened the window by their waiting area. Spoke very loud and was saying "I'm confused you gave me all these different addresses." When she was reading them to me. She read a address I never gave them and I said I never gave you that address. Normally not rude or loud... I'm sick I'm not going to be sunny I'm also not understanding my my address is a issue. I was just there a month ago!!!!!!!! She said " you need to calm down I'm just doing my job." All I did was tell her I'm not doing anything I'm telling you that I never gave you that address. She again told me I didn't need to speak loud to her?!! When she was the one louder then me in the first place.i told her that too I said you realize you are the one who is being loud?!! I didn't yell all I did was speak to her. I gave her my new address and sat down. Asked if we had anymore issues because she was being rude. After she went to her manager and told her to complete my check in. The manager asked me for my I'd. I told her my address is different in my license. Again I repeated my address then I told her since she was the manager that her new front desk was rude to me. She then said "all my girls are well trained." I told her you might want to retrain her. She said excused me I again repeated myself. Then the manager of this dr office told me." Well she said you where being kinda rough?" How?? Because I told her that wasn't my address? Then she kept blaming me for the indecent. That is when I did get upset asked for my copay. I can get my files untill I get a release from a new dr. I'm upset because I am I'll I have a infection and now Because of a little girl who was maybe 20. Who isn't good at customer service at all. I can't see the dr today. All the other front desk people have been amazing with me and my husband. The manager too is rude and needs to be trained. I told her I worked in customer service and she smiled and said o really? Then tried to say that her front desk maybe sounded Loud because the second window was open.
