I was in need of a new primary doctor after moving to the area and I found Dr. Lewis online. He is absolutely great at his job, a true professional. He really takes the time to both understand your issue and to explain his treatment. He has proven to be incredibly knowledgeable no matter I have thrown at him. This goes for both in person and online visits. Either way, I feel like I've always received thoughtful, top notch care. I wasn't thrilled with the doctors in the last area I lived in, so I feel incredibly lucky to have a doctor like Dr. Lewis to provide me health care here. Five stars. How hurtful is it that you call a place to make an appointment. Someone that you've been seeing for many years... And you're told that you're being refused service because of your Covid vaccination status. If you're anyone like me, stay far away from this place. Now I'm racking my brain all day to find someone that suits me best. I was referred to Dr. Lewis from a co-worker and I could not be happier. I recently moved from South Miami to Palm Beach. Dr. Lewis is a great doctor very thorough, he knows his stuff. I have seen this doctor about 4 times total and will never go back! Every time there was a very long time waiting period, and his staff messed up the billing twice now. Even after I called (also twice) to their billing office directly, they did not make any notes of the precious conversation, and did not correct the error. Still, almost three months later, it has not been solved yet. So, I basically wasted my time, and got billed by his office again instead of my insurance. Although, his office staff and nurses are friendly to the patients, the doctor himself has a bad attitude. Overall, bad experience with this doctor and his billing department. Incompetent doctor. Dr. Lewis is an incredible doctor. It is so nice to find a physician who takes the time to care about you and to understand and talk through any concerns or issues you are experiencing. He doesn't just dole out a prescription and send you on your way; he listens to how you are feeling and has a way of putting you at ease so you can be open about your health. He clearly knows what he is talking about and when you tell him you're having this symptom or that symptom, he believes you and will investigate to find out WHY rather than just slapping a pill bottle in front of you. I had a health issue that had been ongoing for over four years, and no one could tell me what was wrong. I saw specialists, went for tests, tried different medications, and nothing helped. Dr. Lewis knew what the issue was within three minutes of talking to me and looking at my symptoms, and it was resolved within two weeks. Thank you, Dr. Lewis! WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. This place was a nightmare from the second I stepped in. If you're looking for inexperienced, unprofessional staff...long hours in the waiting room...screwed up billing...and a doctor that will write you a prescription for any pill you want...this is the place for you!!!!! I went to this doctor based on reviews and after seeing him, I don't comprehend how anyone can give this man more than 2 stars. My first visit he was very good, listened to my health problems and made me go for blood/urine tests. Those came back on my second visit with multiple flags (pertaining to my particular health issue). I'm not a doctor but do have a medical background - blood and wbc in urine, and a high wbc count, and extremely deficient in vitamin D, is not good. After going through results with him, he said ok see you next time. And i said wait..we just went through blood tests that show infection, etc and you're telling me see you next time?? His response was "you want to know my real opinion?" So i said "sure - let me guess I'm crazy?" He responded with,"no i think you're just depressed." And left the office. About two weeks after i went for emergency surgery pertaining to my health issue... And still having issues two months later. Blood tests with flags actually doesn't indicate depression after all! The staff is very nice. He was two different doctors the two times i seen him, and would never go back or recommend him to anyone. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS MEDICAL ISSUES!!! read more

Worst practice ever. As a primary care provider, they do not ask relevant questions to problems and are quick to prescribe rather than advise. Perfect for an addict but not for patients. No one answers the phone so you are depending on a return call which never comes so you are forced to make an appointment ONLINE ONLY. When your HMO requires a referral, this doctor does not know the proper procedure nor will they respond to the request in a timely fashion, if ever. Not worth the headache or the stress. I waited for an hour and fifteen minutes before finally leaving. I waited so long because I thought that he might be worth the wait. While I was waiting, the lady at the front desk had to go outside for a couple minutes. I was the only patient left and I told her I was fine with it. The doctor came out and when he realized she wasn't there he started looking for her but he was acting like a child. I told him where she went and he went outside and shouted toward her for her to come in. He was rude and disrespectful toward her, and as he came in he exclaimed by saying "Jesus Christ!" After that, I was unwilling to wait for this rude child of a doctor. read more

I had HORRIBLE experiences with this office. While Dr. Lewis himself was kind and professional, his staff was incompetent and entirely rude on multiple occasions. I always waited at least an hour to be seen, even if I requested that they notify me if they were running behind. Upon being called to a back room, I waited an additional 15-25 minutes for the doctor to actually come in. They are inconsiderate of people's time. Even more frustrating, they NEVER answered the phone! How am I supposed to get help or communicate with my doctor when the staff sends every call to voicemail? This was an issue when I was attempting to refill my medicine, and no one called me back. Finally, I decided that it was time to switch doctors. I am so glad that I did. read more

Dr Bennett and his staff are the type of physicians and staff members that just have seemingly and and very sadly seem to have faded into what we can now call a distant memory.....it was and is said until of course I went To visit my doctor whom I have entrusted my life, health and care into for almost Ten years now and upon arrival and on the day of my appt., (which was the the day before I was scheduled to depart for a 15 day journey throughout South America and other premature countries that let's just say I would probably rather not even see a doctor in)! lol anyway I was so upset that my normal doc was not there and not even that the door was locked and keyed and the girls sent calls to the ever useless answering service, I decided to stroll with all the hope to the Doctors office next door on a whim and sure enough, not only did the smiling and cheerful "Francis" behind the counter completely had compassion for my scenario and went on to insist she fit me into a slot that opened up the following morning, just hours prior to my flight!! Dr. Lewis has been my primary care physician for over a year. Over that year my health as improved dramatically because of the course of treatment he has me on. My condition requires weekly visits and every time I am there the staff is professional and courteous. The wait times are minimum, the waiting room comfortable more but more importantly the medical care I receive is top notch and his bedside manner excellent.
