Unfortunately, since the pandemic, I began to notice a decline in the quality of her care. At first, I overlooked this because I valued our long-standing relationship and believed she still had my best interest at heart. However, my most recent experience has left me devastated and without a doctor during a very concerning time for my health. I had been struggling with abnormal thyroid levels, and my most recent labs revealed my TSH was at its worst--an alarming level of 11. I was understandably distressed and reached out for a Televisit after my concerns went unanswered through the patient portal. Instead of providing support, Dr. Frisch responded in a way that was dismissive, unprofessional, and shockingly emotional. She referred to me as "demanding," stated she had "lost compassion" for me, and even counted the number of times we had communicated on the portal as though it were a burden. The Televisit ended with her abruptly hanging up, leaving me not only without care but in a very vulnerable medical state. She told me to find another provider. This is my last visit. Throughout the years, I have always treated Dr. Frisch and her staff with the utmost respect and professionalism. I have never been rude or inappropriate. To be spoken to in such a manner, especially during a time of medical need, was deeply hurtful and unacceptable. I would strongly caution others and encourage seeking care elsewhere. Patients deserve compassion, professionalism, and respect--especially when facing serious health concerns. Sadly, I no longer believe that is something Dr. Frisch can provide.

I brought copies of my last 3 bloodwork records, they conducted their own on premises and from there I was on my to reduce my A1C. Before my 3m evaluation I needed a prescription refill, called and called. Leaving message after message -no reply. At which point it was time for my appt... I told my new dr my experience which her attitude left me to believe it was a reoccurrence. Prior to my next 3m appt I needed to go for bloodwork which this practice claimed to send automated to the lab. A week prior went to the lab, who claim not to have a record of the script. At which time I spent over an hour trying to reach someone at PBDE, when I finally did, I explained my situation and requested they fax the script. 2hrs later I got my blood drawn which should had been a 15m process. A week later I met the drs for my 3m review once again, Dr had to request my records from the lab although I had gotten them 3 days prior as customary every time and who also copies the drs . I again expressed my annoyance with their staff and response times. Fast forward to my last appt, I come to find out my attending Dr left the practice and so I was then scheduled to see a nurse practitioner without notice. AGAIN, I was sent my labs 3days prior yet the office had no records and had to again request them. Now 2 days later I'm still waiting for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy though I highlighted that I was low on it. I again called their office 2x, got a voicemail yet again. And still to hear further as to when my prescription will be called in. A frustrating process. They seem to have many patients always waiting, but they also seem to have a strong staff presence working, yet noone seems to take responsibility to want to speak to patients when we call. God knows I rather not call ANY Dr but my health requires me too. I'm not calling to book a spa day. So how about some respect PBD&E. So ALL THAT to simply say I'm currently looking for a new medical facility that actually cares to speak to their patients. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE SERVICES.
