All nurses and physicians assistants have been very helpful and pleasant. This office offers your typical primary care and also weight management and medical marijuana assessment.

I was a patient of Dr. Trudell Doctor for about a year. The care was acceptable at first, but…read moreeverything changed when I asked her office to sign a simple medical form required for a new job. After completing an exam and blood work, I was told I was in good health. However, when I requested that they sign the medical form confirming this, I waited a full week with no response. When I called, I was told they would not sign it without approval from my cardiologist -- even though there was no indication of any medical issue. I personally went to the office and waited over two hours, only to be told again -- rudely -- that they refused to sign anything until my cardiologist did. I even called my cardiologist while I was there, and both offices spoke directly. My cardiologist confirmed that I did not need surgery and that there was no reason not to clear me for work. Despite this, Dr. Doctor's office still refused to sign the form and told me I could pick up my medical records but that they would not provide any documentation for employment clearance. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful. Based on how I was treated, I would never recommend Dr. Trudell Doctor or her staff for anyone seeking quality or compassionate medical care.

They don't like to return phone calls!! They need more…read moredoctors and less PA's and Nurse Practitioners. They don't have Rapid Urinalysis Testing. They don't treat you until your test results come back and you can't do that for a 5 -7 day turnaround. I had to go to MD Now while I waited for my results from Revamed. MD Now had Rapid Urinalysis results plus called in a Broad Spectrum Antibiotic while waiting for results to come back from the lab. Bravo MD Now! Shame on Revamed. My doctor retired from Revamed in July. I've been a patient for over 20 years and they should be ashamed of themselves. Do not choose this practice for your Primary Care. They have three offices and they have all gone downhill They gave one decent doctor. Dr Bastien is fantastic but a doctor is only as good as their Administrative and backup staff and their Nurse Practitioners are not all competent. I have plenty of examples to backup my statements. Sorry

Horrible!!! Since my doctor retired in July 2025, this medical conglomerate has gone downhill…read more They don't follow-up to call patients with results that are important lab/urinalysis tests. I waited for 2 days after an emergency visit to the Greenacres office and I needed to go to an Urgent care because my test results had not come back and the Nurse Practitioner would not call in a Broad Spectrum antibiotic in for me to start taking while we waited for results. MD Now Urgent Care took better care of my medical issues and did a rapid test and sent for further testing. Meanwhile, I started a round of antibiotics so my infection would not spread to my kidneys. I don't know how a Practitioner could let a patient wait for 5 days for test results to come back. I informed the Nurse Practitioner of my symptoms and gave her my background and experiences with the Diabetes medication that had side effects that caused me to be suffering with the UTI. I just wanted everyone to know that something is wrong with the thought process behind a medical professional to let a patient wait for treatment. The worst part of my experience is that I never received a call from their office even after the test results should have been back, so therefore I never had follow-up care after my initial visit. Do they really care about their patients? Did I just fall through their crack or black hole? I guess I am looking for a more reliable medical practice after this?

He also had his receptionist slam the receptionist window in my face because I asked them to wear a respirator in an ongoing airborne pandemic. The receptionists also threatened to call the police on me because I asked for a letter saying he was refusing to do the examination for disability and refusing accessible accommodations. This is the only time I have ever reported a medical healthcare worker to the Florida Dept of Health as well as the AMA. This is not a doctor that should be allowed to practice and should never be assigned to vulnerable immune compromised patients from the social security disability office. I was thankfully assigned a different doctor for my evaluation who did mask with their staff and was the exact opposite of this office. I would say run away but if you are disabled then get out of there as soon as you are physically able to do so. Never ever go here. If I could give a negative review I would of below zero I would.
