All staff pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Dr Mary is a saint. She reads all past records, listens to current situations, talks about resolving challenges and prescribes meds that address conditions. I am grateful Dr. Mary explains how they work as well as why they do not result in tolerance. I am 90% better. I know she will help me to 100%. Mary sends referrals immediately and knows which doctors will best meet my needs. Dr Robert is just as wonderful in all those areas. So grateful to be with them. TYPE OF CARE: Asthma (now cured), Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) (cured after referral to GI Specialist and upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy performed and esophagus expanded during procedure, difficulty breathing during exercise (all-gone) and blood work-full testing across the spectrum to identify areas of concern. Blood pressure - after trying amlodipine, then losartan, each could not bring readings down. Finally, they prescribed both at once with a lower amlodipine mg and they found the solution to my high bp. Have have had normal numbers since.

I've had some bad experiences with doctors before, but this provider truly takes the cake. Her…read moreoffice staff is completely disorganized, and there always seems to be someone new working there. They rarely answer the phone, it's a hassle to get them to send prescriptions to the pharmacy, and they failed to inform me that the provider is no longer in-network with UnitedHealthcare. I genuinely tried to support Black-owned practices, but at this point, it's no longer about that -- it's about professionalism for me now. The provider herself is extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed to think she could raise her voice at me without expecting a response -- but I have a voice too. I truly don't understand why some healthcare providers carry themselves as if they'll never need help from others. That kind of arrogant, abrasive attitude is both disappointing and unacceptable. Looking back, I should have left when the previous provider, Ritchie, left. She was a class act. Since then, the office has gone downhill. They expected me to make an in-person visit every time I needed an increase in my Zepbound dosage -- even after being told by the provider herself that follow-ups wouldn't be necessary for that. What shocked me most was that the provider physically put her hands on me to force me out of the office. As someone who was raised to respect my elders -- I am Haitian, and we value that deeply -- I found her behavior completely inappropriate and beyond disrespectful. Honestly, her attitude is probably why her hair won't grow and her face is covered in bumps like a road map -- which I happily used to guide myself to a better doctor's office.

Very terrible doctor. She barely speaks English, so I had to explain myself all over again. After…read morethe visit, she asked for a $100 copay, which shocked me, and then suddenly changed it to $25. When I asked them to bill my insurance directly, they refused and said I had to pay the $25 first and they would reimburse me later. This has never happened to me before. I even double-checked my policy in front of them, but they still insisted that I pay. I also had to wait 30 minutes for the doctor, and the nurse looked sick while working. It felt like a scam. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I also asked how much the visit would cost without insurance, and she first said $100, then later said $170. Total scam. The positive reviews were definitely written by someone else or by the doctor's friends.
