Not any more There have been lots of little things over the past few years I didn't like, but a few weeks ago had a bad experience that didn't need to be one. My daughter had an appointment to get some new trays and we were running late. I called the office- no one picked up (which is typical), but I left a message letting them know when we would be there. We arrived within their 15 min late policy, but the back office said they would not see her because they wanted to go to lunch. I know we were running late and that is on us, but when you still show up within their grace period, they should see you. It was a 5 minute appointment to get new trays. Now we are re-scheduled for a couple of weeks later. Poor customer service!! In addition most of the staff always seem miserable to be there (except for the gentleman at the front desk who greets you with a smile) Do better Rad Orthodontics!!

I have trays that I'm supposed to pick up that are just sitting in their offices and this level of service is not worth the $$$ thousands of dollars they have received from me. They are not the Thabet they used to exist. New ownership and staff that are really dropping the ball.
