They do so well with my child, taking the time to talk to her directly engaging and distracting her appropriately through the exam so she doesn't get overwhelmed, while also keeping me fully informed. They explain any concerns clearly, provide tips / OTCs I can use at home, and point out things to watch for on the horizon so we can catch issues early.
