If you're worried about parking, they offer parking validation in the garage with an elevator that leads directly up to the office. The interior itself is bright with plenty of natural light coming through the windows that offer a neat view of the surrounding skyscrapers. The staff are all very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They really take the time to explain what they're seeing before providing a detailed treatment plan with transparent and reasonable pricing. I have not felt any pressure to accept treatment without due diligence.

It seems most issues reported on here were related to extra procedures aside from standard cleanings but I can't speak to that. The Good: I don't love going to the dentist and admittedly I've been spoiled most of my life having my best friend's dad as my dentist. I have one area of anxiety with regards to getting x-rays but the hygienist tended to it right away and made the experience as comfortable as possible. I wish I could remember her name because she was so good at what she did and so nice! The lady who met me right before the hygienist came in was also very sweet and welcoming (wish I could remember names). Bree and Regan at the front desk are very friendly and helpful as well! I love that they would occasionally text me to offer appointments that would come up to see if I could get in sooner than my regular appointment. I personally loved the vibe of the office, too. Shiny and modern with good music playing at a louder volume than most places. They also had a tv in front of your dental chair (and on the ceiling to watch when you're fully reclined) with Netflix to watch while you're getting your cleaning. For me, it really helped to ease any anxiety I had and those extra aesthetic touches really went a long way for me. Dr. Susan was my dentist and she was very warm, friendly, and spent time talking with me about some issues I will need to address down the road but I did not feel she, or anyone, was trying to upsell me on something I didn't need as some reviews have suggested. And, as long as you keep to regular appointments, you get a free teeth whitening kit to take home with you! The Meh: they are pricey! While I only came in for standard x-rays and a cleaning, I will need to address my TMJ at some point with Botox (estimated at $400 something) and nighttime aligners (estimated around $600)- none of which are covered by insurance. And, since they're all about comfort dental, they offer laughing gas for highly anxious people but it's $150. It's not Pearl's fault these things aren't covered by insurance but it seems really difficult for many to be able to afford these treatments. Maybe payment plans could be an option? If you have deeper pockets, there should be no issue here for you! The Bad: nothing noted! I really enjoyed my experience for my cleaning and looking forward to the next in 6 months!

The upselling is constant and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they have applied treatments and used deposits on our account without clearly explaining the costs or getting my consent first. My husband has had the exact same experience with unauthorized charges and constant pitches for procedures. They make it seem like you are losing all your teeth if you don't agree to their suggestions immediately, yet other dentists later told him those procedures were unnecessary. Even when his expensive implant crown failed shortly after the procedure, they offered no accountability and simply charged him again for a 10-minute fix. We will be taking our business elsewhere to a dentist who cares about patients, not just hitting a sales quota.

After my last appointment, I cried when I looked in the mirror and asked for a hug. Went home and cried some more because I was so happy. Sent pictures to my best friends and family. People who see me and know me comment on my smile all the time. They are some of the most caring and understanding people in the business. Some other dentists had recommended Invisalign followed by veneers or a full set of veneers, but Dr. Wilson listened carefully, offered thoughtful options, and never made me feel pressured. We decided on two porcelain veneers for my central incisors. It took no time for me to get a free consultation which went pretty smoothly. Sheila and Dr Valeriano explained to me the best treatment for my teeth and payment options available to me. Dr. V even told me about my airway and alerted me to other possible health concerns that I may need I get addressed if the braces didn't help. Dr V was my second orthodontist I saw for consultation and unlike the other orthodontist, he told me I only needed one extraction for my 24 month treatment and I could start the treatment as soon as I was ready and get extraction later. Previous orthodontist said I needed 3 extractions and 30 month treatment. Thankfully I didn't even need one extraction with Dr V in the end! Dr V has saved me a lot of money and even offered $500 off my treatment. Although I wanted Invisalign I got braces but the kind that is clear on top so it has made my braces experience much more enjoyable as an adult. The office is very clean, the front desk staff always great me with a smile and are prompt to service me. Even now during COVID the staff has done a great job taking temps and making sure the office is free of patients so less room for any passing of virus. My first patient care coordinator Brittany was great! She always explained what she was doing but also took a personal interest in what I have going on. All the others for the most part have been great as well. I see Dr V each appointment unless I'm just going to get my wires taking off for a cleaning and the office has always been able to accommodate my cleaning schedule!
