I haven't had any problems with the doctor there, it's not Dr. Norman though, that I see. The only thing I found is that both times I have been there, Tyler, who works at the reception desk seems really immature. He is always joking around with the other employees behind the desk. He is young, so I know immaturity sometimes comes with that, but he should know how to act professionally at work. It doesn't seem he knows how to act professionally, so he obviously needs training since it makes for an unprofessional office environment. read more

Let me start with stating that Holly is amazing!! However, the management is so awful. I am going to change the doctor because of their management. I was prescribed the Tremfya Injection and I was approved via my insurance. Before the approval, I was sent sample injection from one of the Pharmacy and i was told by Holly to take the injection to their office so they can show me how to inject myself. Once I got the injection, I was told to wait for a month for the second dosage and I was handed pre approval letter. I called the pharmacy to order the medication and I was told that they haven't received the pre approval letter. I called the Riverview office and they told me to give them a time to process the letter. I called the Riverview office a week later to find out if the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy because I wasn't given prescription and office told me that prescription has been sent to the pharmacy and I should wait 10 to 14 business days for injection to arrive at my home. I waited for the medication about 15 days but didn't get the mail so called the Riverview office again. I left the message with someone about the medication and let them know that my next dosage is due by March 3rd and I don't have the injection yet. The lady told me that someone will call me. I never got the phone call. I called again few days letter, same lady answered the call and took the note and told me someone will call back. Now I did this few times and no one called me back. I have been calling the office last week and last two days and living message with the same lady but never received call back. Finally I was able to reach someone at the Tampa office. My call was transfer to someone name Sara after being on the line for 25 minutes. She told me that they did their part of the Job and it was my responsibility to communicate with my pharmacy. i have explained to her that no one called me to tell me that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy neither i was handed the prescription. Sara sworn that the prescription has been sitting at the pharmacy since January 29th. I clarified several times if it was sent to CVS and she told me "yes". I also reminded her that my next dosage is due March 3rd and today is March 1st. She told me to call my pharmacy so I can set up mail in order. I called the CVS mail order and they told me that they don't have any prescription for Tremfya. Then I called my local pharmacy CVS, and they told me that they don't have any prescription for Tremfya. Just so everyone knows, my pharmacy is very good when it comes to sending notification so I knew from the begin with that the pharmacy don't have the prescription. Therefore, I asked Sara's name when i was hanging up with her. Anyway, I called the doctor's office again and I got the same lady who has been taking messages for me for last 3 weeks. Now here is the interesting part, she asked me if I have called Tremfya so they can send me the injection!!! I told her that it wasn't my job to call the manufacture company to send the medication. I left t he message with her again and still haven't gotten call back. I guess, I won't have any medication. This is now March 1st, 4:55 pm and still no phone call !!! Great experience at this dermatologist! It was my first time ever visiting a dermatologist and I was lucky enough to be helped by jenn. She was very nice and assured me that they do simple mole removal every day and it's no big deal. I had 3 moles removed and it was super quick and painless. I believe she said shes there on Tuesday and wednesdays I recommend asking for her! Also the people at the front desk were very friendly as well. All around great place :-) read more

While Dr. Norman is an amazing dermatologist, I am absolutely frustrated by his office staff. Good luck getting any callback, prescription refill, prior auth, etc. through his staff over the phone. I have called several times since the beginning of March to get a prior auth for a medication Dr. Norman wanted to start me on without any success. I have also called several times to pay for my office visit since they do not do online pay, and each time I am told the person is not there and they will leave a message with them to call me back, to which I am NEVER called back (I still haven't been called back pertaining either of these issues). All of this is extremely frustrating to me. I work in the medical field, I am experienced in how medical clinic front offices are ran and the process of these things. There is no reason for this issue to be ongoing for 3 months. I would never allow this to happen to a patient at the practice I work at. Again, Dr. Norman is amazing, extremely caring, he listens to everything you have to say and wants to help. He is knowledgeable and wants the best for you. read more

As you can see in the reviews, the wait here is unreasonable, doesn't matter if you come on time or not - you will wait at least an hour and a half to see someone, so don't make plans whatsoever the day you visit this clinic. I've been here numerous times last year and never saw Dr. Norman, he just wouldn't be available, however the Nurse Practitioner is A+ and deserves his own clinic already. The nurses are incompetent and rude. often times failing to get time sensitive things done like Accutane accounts up, causing a literal 2 month delay. After thinking I was coming in to get my meds after waiting 30 days and paying the original doctors visit price, I had to pay AGAIN to see a nurse and get told she messed up my prescription. Screw this place. Do not come here. read more

The absolute WORST DR I have EVER been to. Doesn't ask about your history or address your concerns and then tries to prescribe you something that has absolutely nothing to due with your issue. He was so RUDE I can't believe this man actually has a practicing license. Do your self a favor and stay far away from this lunatic doctor. He wouldn't even let me describe my problem or explain what was going on with me. He tried giving me anti itch cream for MRSA. Which doesn't even itch!!!!! Clearly worst office in Citrus Park area besides the lack of cleanliness, the wait is over 1.5 hours to see the P.A. - the sketchiness became more apparent when they played "Name your copayment" game with me. Quoting me an $82 doctors visit when I really have a $30 copayment. I'm not sure what type of operations they run in this office but it's extremely alarming. Phones constantly ringing. Horrible experience here at this facility. Left with a horrible scar on my arm where I should've had stitches after a mole was removed. I spent so much $$ there trying to correct a poorly done procedure! I will never ever step foot in this place again! read more

GREAT visit with Dr. Eng. He was courteous and professional. There was a medication that my insurance carrier had listed as not being covered. Dr. Eng told me that his staff would call the insurer and persuade them of the necessity. I was skeptical, but they actually got it done and the insurance company now covers the medication for me. Besides the wait to see the PA or the doctor being insanely long the lady that scheduled followup appointments is rude. They don't seem to know much about insurance and how to collect what you owe since every time I go into the office I end up overpaying, good luck getting your money back - have called multiple times to speak to someone and if anyone does answer the phone in the billing department they put you in and endless hold and never pick back up. I've been told at least 5 times that the billing manager will call me back which is a joke cause 3 months later I've still never heard anything. read more
