I have never been to a dermatologist before so I don't have much to compare them to. What I do know…read moreis that I had a great experience. I needed to have some skin tags removed. Setting the appt was easy, I called and had an apt for the next week. They emailed me a link to their website so I could fill out my forms before I got there. Probably saved me 15 minutes in the office. When I got there the receptionist was so friendly and so was the nurse who did the procedure. The doctor seems very nice also, I didn't have much interaction with him because I was having a simple procedure but the one I did have was pleasant. I was in and out in less that 1/2 an hour. Cost me $7 for 5 skin tags to be removed. Probably my insurance made it that cheap.

Had an appointment there Oct 10th 2025 at 10am, showed up 20 minutes early at 9:40. They supposedly open at 8:30. The doors were locked and staff had to let me in. No other patients were there. Just me and staff at the desk who were complaining about how slow it was. Doctor wasn't in, waited around until 10:10. So I requested a refund and never came back. Left a review 7 months ago. Months later they'd reply to the review and LIE like a bunch of liars instead of owning up to their shitty practices. Never go there. Worst practice. Worst office. Worst dermatologists I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. Clowns.

I have been dealing with eczema flare-ups since January 2025. I went to so many doctors trying to…read morefind someone who could help me, but nothing seemed to work. Every time a flare-up came back, it seemed like my eczema was getting worse. Eventually, the itching became an all-day, everyday struggle. My flare-ups stopped going away and started spreading to other areas of my body. I went on the hunt to find the first clinic that would take me, and that is how I found PH Dermatology. The first time I visited the facility, I was honestly embarrassed because of how bad my eczema had become. I was so uncomfortable and frustrated with my skin. I was seen by a doctor whose name I unfortunately don't remember, but I want to say thank you for helping me that day. I was still dealing with unbearable itching and could barely sleep. My eczema wasn't just affecting my skin anymore--it was affecting my quality of life. I couldn't control the scratching because the itching was so intense. Within that same week, I returned to the clinic, and that's when I met Crystal C. and Dr. Rinker. When I say they are the best, that is truly an understatement. They are so attentive, compassionate, and determined to help. They make an amazing team. You can tell how much Crystal respects and appreciates working with Dr. Rinker. Even when Dr. Rinker steps out of the room, the way Crystal speaks about her gives you a sense of hope that you're finally in the right hands. When I first met Dr. Rinker, she told me she was going to help me--and she did exactly that. I may have only seen Dr. Rinker about four times, but the difference has been life-changing for me. I have been completely free of itching since September 10, 2026. After all this time of suffering, scratching, losing sleep, and feeling hopeless, being able to say that I am no longer constantly itching means so much to me. Thank you, Dr. Rinker and Crystal C., for listening to me, caring about what I was going through, and not giving up on helping me. I am truly grateful.
