I took my son for diagnosis of vitiligo. I am a resident physician myself and specifically told the dermatologist about our family history of autoimmune diseases and how I was suspecting my son has it. However, not only she didn't have any tools for diagnosis of that entity (I told before doing what condition I'm coming in for), she misdiagnosed him as a 'sunspot' and prescribed wrong medication. On my way out they told me there's no copay and few weeks later I started getting multiple mails about 84$ copay and a few months later my sons vitiligo has grown a lot bigger and now rightfully diagnosed. I want to sue this physician not only for wrong diagnoses but also for the distress caused. As a physician you take an oath of no harm and if you're not equipped to help the patient, YOU REFER, not just make wrong diagnoses to make money! What a shame!!' read more

My father is a patient here and the staff here at very helpful and same with the doctor Dr. Valencia in which is my father's Dermatologist. Dr. Valencia has taken really great care and approach with my father she takes her time out with her patients to discuss what is the best plan and goal if something comes out like a skin cancer, rough skin or etc. It's easy to get a appointment here to see any of the doctors who work at Palm Harbor Dermatology. They are very knowledgeable on what to look for and answer questions accordingly when there is a question or issue comes about. Can't go wrong here. read more

My husband has been coming to this location for years for treatment of skin cancer. Erica and Dr Lindsay are amazing and when moos wasn't enough treatment anymore they were able to refer him to Florida cancer to get a more evasive treatment plan since it had spread rapidly. Best experience with a dermatologist ever! The office staff was incredibly friendly when I called to make an appointment. When I arrived, I was taken right back, thoroughly examined, and taken care of in less than half an hour. Erica and her nurse were amazing! I felt so at ease. She explained everything to me in a way that was honest without making it seem scary. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new derm office! read more

I came here looking for help and treatment for a sun allergy. I was told to cover up and use upf clothing.... kinda disappointing since I know there are light therapies available and other treatment options. Now I have to find another dermatologist to try to help me. This visit was a waste of money. read more

Everyone that works there is so awesome at what they do! I never have any problems. Erica and her nurses really take time in patient care and they know what they are doing. I came in for a cyst and mole to be removed. The staff at this location are very polite, professional and courteous. Dr. Scott Lindsey did a wonderful job explaining what to expect during and after the procedure. It's been awhile since I've been there but I keep receiving emails from them so .. when I went I could barely stand on my leg, I noticed some bumps starting to form so instead of spending thousands on a hospital bill I went here first instead. I ended up spending almost $250 and I sat in the waiting room (15 minutes) longer than I was in the back room (under 5 minutes) it was pointless going and I should've just gone to the ER The person that took me back was super friendly and really nice but the dermatologist that saw me after(older woman with bad attitude) looked like she didn't even want to be there let alone look at my leg. So I showed her a picture instead. She told me it was from me shaving the wrong way , by looking at a picture!! I've been shaving a long time and this had never happened to me before. It was pointless going and should've just gone to the ER. Turns out It wasn't from shaving I had 7 spider bites on my thigh and all I got was some itch cream. read more

Good dermatology services but their insurance dept are a bunch of idiots and could give a crap about the customer. Watch their billing dept closely if you have anything done!! The customer is NEVER right with them and they could care less if you ever come back. Just ask them and they will tell you. It was 3 years when I just went back and they billed me as a new patient at 2X the cost. Then spent an hour on the phone arguing with them. They told me they would turn it over to collections if I didn't pay. Horrible customer relations. read more

So I can't remember the name of the doctor my son saw but she was lovely and her routine for managing his eczema has worked great. BUT I wanted to write this review mainly to give a huge thank you to the nurse Amy who was SO incredibly sweet and patient and understanding with my three year old who insisted on bringing his entire backpack full of toy cars in. Amy is the real MVP. She played with him and engaged with him and I'm so thankful to her because she made his appointment go so smoothly. Thank you!!! read more
