The staff in the reception area are so kind, and very knowledgeable in letting you know what is covered under your plan. I never have to wait too long to be seen. In fact, all of my appointments have been on time. The technicians are great with getting you through each eye test station, and scanning the back of the eye with all the latest technology. It's an additional cost (not covered) for the OCT, but it's well worth it. It's highly recommended if you have a family history of glaucoma (like me). I've been seeing Dr. Hollis and Dr. Wright for 3 years now. They are both wonderful. They've been great in addressing all of my concerns, and offering great solutions. I've also been super happy with the opticians. I wasn't really able to wear progressive lenses until coming to this practice. I'm not sure why. All I can say is that every pair I've received here have been perfect. Picking out frames by myself has never been an easy task. The opticians here have always been able to find the right frames for the shape of my face. They make the whole frame shopping experience seamless and pleasant. I never feel rushed to make a decision. I never feel like they are trying to sell me expensive frames, unless I'm leaning that way. They truly have a knack for finding the right fit, and at a good price range. I don't think I've ever had an issue with the finished product. It's always a great experience!

I've never waited long to be seen, a small miracle these days. I have a limited purpose FSA to help with expenses for vision and the team works with me to make sure I'm making the most of my benefits. During my first visit, I felt like the blue light blocker and anti glare were just add on options to increase expenses but I cannot imagine living and working without my blue light blocking lenses! I notice a huge difference when I work without my glasses on. I love this office and staff!

Completed my eye exam and I was told I had no changes to my vision. Good. So, they charge my deductible and that was it. Everything was smooth from there. However, when I was trying to order contacts from 1800Contacts (which I do at least 4 time a year). Eye Site Center refused to renew my prescription because I didn't do the "contacts exam"... They never even told me I either needed it or would like to do it in August. So, they were trying to have me come in and pay for another exam that was not needed. All they had to do was renew my prescription from last year's "contact exam" or use the results from the August exam and I will be able to order my contacts. Which I ONLY NEEDED TILL January since I will be doing LASIK. I will no longer continue to do any eye exams at this location! You've been warned!!!

The office is very clean and the front desk women are personable. I met with Dr Diaz and she is AWESOME! She has a great bedside manner, is happy and takes time to listen to you and answer questions. She was insanely thorough and did several exams to get me answers. She showed me my eyes were having an angry histamine response. However, I am waiting still for my TRIAL contacts from an appointment I had over 2 weeks ago. When I call I am given every bit of run-around they can. I've been told it was only 5-7 business days, then 7-10 business days, and I was informed my trial contacts were not even ordered until 8/11. This has been most frustrating, I have called almost daily this past week for updates. It's unfortunate to have a great set of doctors and a barely functioning office staff.
