Back in December I was looking for an eye doctor office near my home and I came across Eyes. Daniel helped setup my appointment over the phone and explained any questions I had. Once I got there I was greeted by Daniel and he took me in one of the rooms to take an eye exam. Daniel is very calm and very patient, as he explained everything in great detail along the way. I have been wearing glasses my entire life so I wanted to try Contact Lenses for the first time. Shortly after Dr. Vo came in and explained everything to me regarding my eye exam and any questions I had about contact lenses. Dr. Vo was very patient in explaining everything to me about contacts, and she simply put the lenses in my eye so show me how painless this was going to be. Finally I walked around the store in search of a pair of new glasses as well, the store is very clean and well organised. Finally I got to meet Ellie who is probably one of the sweetest people I have met in my life. Ellie helped me in picking out my frame and explaining all the different options and add ons along with pricing as I do not have insurance. Their office was very understanding with the add ons I selected for my glasses. I have been back to this office another 2 times for additional testing on my eyes due to some concerns from Dr. Vo. Thank you for being patient and understanding with me through the entire process and showing your concern.

So I called up my trusty Costco optometry and made an appointment and I'm so glad I did! I got my eyes examined by Dr David F Scamard and he is awesome!!! He examined my eyes and gave his suggestions. He let me try the regular contacts without astigmatism and another set with astigmatism and what a difference it made!!! He answered all my questions and concerns. I also got my eyes dilated and have them examined. He is very thorough and professional and made the experience worth reviewing about! Before I left he also gave me these sun protectors for my eyes because I got my eyes dilated and since I didn't have my sunglasses with me. Also, Eileen works at the front desk and she is such a sweetheart and so personable. I need to drag my fiancé here to get his eyes checked. Would definitely recommend everyone to stop by to get their eyes checked by Dr Scamard! Tip: if you Yelp your experience with 5 stars, you get a $5 gift-card to Starbucks! How awesome! The eye exam was pleasurable and was a great experience. The staff is very helpful as well. The selection of glasses is not the typical styles you think of going to a doc office. They have all different from classic to trendy and from lower end pricing to higher including name brands like Ray Ban, coach, Tory Burch, MK and even Tom Ford. I was interested to learn the VSP cover more than half of these designer frames cost! Win win! My Glasses were in before the week was up and I was on my way. I had to go back a few days after receiving glasses to adjust as they were slipping. Called the staff and said no problem come in and we'll take care of it. Just excellent. No problems at all. A+++

I hate that I'm leaving a bad review...I've been going to I-Care Optical for many years. I believe…read morethat is the problem- I wouldn't go out of my comfort zone. Well I'll talk about this year's visit. I went in about 3 months ago to get new glasses. They didn't put prism in. I had questioned if they did or not because they just seemed different, though they were very different frames so when someone said yes it's there and I paid for it, I assumed it was there. I went back in to get another exam recently because I was having visual problems, and Efre took me seriously and told me I have glaucoma. Ok, I thought, that explains the vision and I'll learn more at a specialist. The specialist was a terrible experience, but someone there did say there wasn't prism in the lenses...so back to Efre for another referral and to get them checked out. I'm not upset at all by the prism mistake- it happens. And if it hadn't happened I might have put off the glaucoma symptoms as migraines, etc...I have been upset by the rude arrogant attitudes of the women working in the office and mostly by the damage done to my frames. My NEW frames. There are scratches over the nose bridge, and globs of glue or something along the bottom. I was also told by one that I would drop them off at 9am and pick them up an hour later...that day when I came in I was told by another that I had to wait until 1pm to pick them up. I have never waited all day for lenses to be done...and they didnt call me when they said they would, I called them half an hour later and got told it will still be 10 minutes. Anyway, the doctor is ok. He is polite, intelligent, competent. But the problem comes when the doctor is overcompensating for the assistants. I-care optical really needs to re-think their staff. The selection of frames is also rather boring and my size is never there...possibly overpriced. I've been ordering online.
