All they want to do is up sell, they do not care about your time or money. They just want you to schedule and get you there to feel awkward. I book my appointment on 10/16 they did not have anyone available on the weekends which is odd. So I booked for the following week, Monday 10/19 they were already calling to reschedule. The fact the are not able to book your appointment correct should have been a sign. Next I specify told her on 10/16 I only want my forehead done for the deal of $189. Never once did she tell me there is a possibility if you do not do your frown lines you have a 50% change of forehead dropping. That is pretty huge. So I took time off work drove 1 hour with traffic to get there. I waited at the door the receptionist had her back turned and on her phone the women who was administering the Botox on her phone no one paying attention. Then I got taken back and that is when they turned the sales game on, also making me feel awkward about not wanting to drop $1000 on generic brand Botox for my husband and I. Tried this place a few times. Noticed their products seemed weak and watered down. I've been to some higher end spas and do know the difference in quality plus their Botox, juvaderm seems like it does not last nearly as long. The prices are much cheaper but you get what you pay for. I won't return as these treatments are suppose to make you look younger and I did not feel or notice much difference. I only like a natural look not the obvious over done look especially the ones where you can instantly tell and not in a good way, you can see overdone Botox etc all over social media with women who are always taking selfies usually narcissistic people obsessed with taking their photo and posting it everywhere and they think they look good ( not ) but I do expect to see a difference when I pay for treatments even if subtle. read more

In 10+ years, I have NEVER had such a bad experience. WASTE OF MONEY. I had all three areas done before Christmas. I needed a touch-up and had one with zero change in results. I called and explained that the touch-up did absolutely nothing and was told they "were not going to inject any more product". I told the receptionist that I didn't feel it was fair that I paid for a full correction and did not receive one. She transferred me to a nurse who reiterated what the receptionist said. I felt they should try to make it right in some way which they did not. They said they would have a manager call me on Thursday 1/2 and today is 1/9 and I still have not received a call. I have been receiving Dysport and botox for over 10 years in two states and have never needed more that one correction and have NEVER been told: "...there's nothing we can do". So basically I wasted hundreds of dollars and look the same. I don't know if it's bad products or poor technique but one thing is for sure, terrible experience and will never go back. read more

Muriel was amazing with my lip injections! She explained everything and was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. She left the numbing cream on longer to make sure my pain was controlled as well as iced the area before the injection. I agree with Eeka B.'s review regarding the injector, Kristin. Not only does she not have good bedside manner, but she lacks experience and hygienic approaches. I asked for the "keyhole" style for my bottom lip--WELL before she gathered supplies for my injections--she said something to the effect of "oh yeah yeah I know exactly what you want, I got you," failing to mention that she didn't so much as have a single sterile piece of string to work with to achieve this look, despite telling me that she could do it. She started pulling random supplies out of cabinets in the makeshift "office" that they have thrown together and finally found a RUBBER BAND that she attempted to use after hesitating for 5 minutes and telling me that it "probably wasn't clean but we could try anyway." I was annoyed and honestly wanted to leave at this point but I gave her a chance. My results weren't terrible but they also were NOT what I asked for. She also bad-mouthed my previous work and other injectors for the entire duration that my lips were being numbed...this is one of my biggest pet peeves with people who provide services...it screams nothing but insecurity and unprofessionalism. I will not be doing business with them, or any Venus Med Spa again after this experience. Save your time and stick to professional aesthetic injectors who have legitimate workspace outside of malls. read more

Everything was smooth and wonderful until last december (Almost one year of being there), but things went downhill dramatically and drastically in just 45 days, still trying to digest the fact that an institution could be so unethical, unlawful and balantly fraudulent. i bought a package from them for $499, which was 3 part service, i used one part of it then they offered a free service for which they later deducted remaining of my package money. I was shocked and tried to have saint conversation with them which was not going anywhere then Alinia accepted to address this and refund me for the remaining 2 parts, she was then convinced by the other ladies that the free service was indeed chargeable. I couldn't believe the unethical practices these guys have there. why on earth does a customer who has spent more than thousand will want to debate about small items such as this. am anyway going to take them to court but wanted others to know whats going on. so here you go. These guys (Stephanie, Tania) are very good with you until you are giving them money the minute you either talk about results or not wanting to take another package you see their true behavior which is unprofessional to the core. read more

The Brandon location is great because of Tonia! My last visit went so well. Tonia is attentive, helpful and my injector Rebecca was excellent. Tonia has the ability to connect with her patients and be kind, understanding and still manage without being rude, or off putting. When I had an issue, she solved it with the utmost professionalism. It's important to remember this is a med spa. Clients like their privacy and she takes that seriously and to heart. I have been a client since 2013 and love it! Please don't lose Tonia.
