I was worried that I was going to have to take calcium for the rest of my life. But thankfully, my recently pth levels are normal. My vitamin d is finally in the normal range too. It isn't in the optimal normal range but it will get there. I just wanted to share that incase someone freaks out about pth being low after the procedure. So hopefully my labs will stabilize and continue to stay normal. Will update if anything changes. The scar is barely visible too. The incision was made at my natural fold. It healed nicely.

Notice how his Google Maps is 5 stars and Yelp is half that, Google is a censorship dystopian…read moredumpster fire that removes legitimate patient reviews harming public safety in the name of profit so they can get Google ad money from bad businesses. They removed my legitimate review immediately. Total scum company. This business: I spent the last day thinking about my interaction here and am disturbed that the behavior others have mentioned and I experienced seems to be acceptable by this office. When I entered 3/17, I said "Good Morning". The front desk lady coldly responded, "name"? Ok... this is a basic of interaction but when someone says good morning, you should respond with morning back... When I asked questions on why my consult was $360 with insurance, she flatly said that it was my coinsurance deductible. But my deductible is 10%, so you're saying the consult cost is $3000+, it's BS. Why take insurance if you're not even running it. I was herded back to do a whole bunch of random tests that I never asked for, why are you dilating my eyes and doing an ophthalmologic work up when it was for an external skin concern...? The fact that all the patient rooms have the doors wide open and anyone can hear the conversations of each room was super weird and is not common, likely violating hipaa. Next the Doctor... Sigh. I came here for an opinion on my situation that 2 doctors also reviewed. Dr. Kwitko gave a different opinion then the 2 previous doctors and I simply had questions on the difference. He reacted to me asking clarification as like he was having his tooth drilled into.. "Why do you keep asking about skin grafts", he said? He then said I was "arguing"! I calmly responded, "I am not arguing" with you sir.. It's that 2 other very credentialed doctors, one from John's Hopkins, recommended a different thing and they THOROUGHLY examined me, so of course I'd be confused when you barely looked at me and automatically had a opposite conclusion.. His response was to jump up and tell me he "wrote a book" on this. Uh.... ok? I'm not sure how that's relevant to my concern, and it's weird that you are holding up a vague book reference as an attempt to dismiss me.. He did not review my stack of records that I bothered to bring in, it felt rushed like he didn't want to bother understanding my concern. The reason I had a botched procedure and retracted eyelid in the first place was because a psychopathic doctor in central Florida also thought he was a know it all and highly egotistical and condescending provider. He also had zero empathy for the damage he caused. I urge anyone looking to select a provider for such a sensitive area as the eyes. Make sure the doctor shows EMPATHY and can acknowledge a concern rather than to respond with snark about how he's an expert and you're an idiot for asking any question. It's the opposite, a patient should ask a million questions until they feel comfortable, that's self advocacy and being responsible. He randomly said I had pre-Glaucoma too without much explanation which was weird.. I'm sure he's great at what he does and I assume he has great outcomes, but if this guy is so miserable with his patients, it might be time to retire.. Also if there is a not ideal outcome, if this is how he treats people during initial consult, I imagine it's a nightmare to get him to be empathetic and showing responsibility to someone having dislike after surgery.. I have selected a doctor that is KIND and shows empathy and is highly trained. It feels like private practices are more concerned with money while if you go to a University clinic it's more science based which is important for something that has a cosmetic outcome. I don't know if my providers technique is going to be the correct one but I know she will actually listen to me and care about me, something I feel like is missing here. He said bluntly that insurance won't pay because it originated from a cosmetic procedure, when the University clinic I'm going to IS going through insurance. It's almost like he didn't want me as a patient. I felt like the dumps after such a hostile interaction. I fully expect them to use a paid service to remove critical feedback as others have mentioned, totally disingenuous to try to ignore legit concerns patients have. Honestly I also just think Florida allows for subpar providers to get away with stuff that wouldn't fly in other states.

I can't completely put into words my gratitude to Dr. Kwitko for the care he provided me. It's important to note, they used clean and individual packages of needles for each of us and numbing cream with betadine on the spots I wanted to be injected with the filler. The process wasn't bad at all, especially since they were doing a $9/unit special accompanied by a glass of Rose - how can I say no to that? When Dr. Mang injected my forehead and pulled out the needle, you can hear a small crunch; this is normal and Dr. Mang explained if you don't hear this sound, it is not being done correctly. I wouldn't have done this or brought other people unless it was anyone else than fellow Yelper, Anna M., because I trust her so much. Thank you for the opportunity - even though I got 10 units vs. 50 units of botox compared to a coworker - I feel that it was effective to iron out my wrinkles, even though I know I have minimal amount heading into my 30s. This was my X-mas gift to myself! I saw firsthand the difference for people who do have a lot of wrinkles & are young, so IMO botox is such an amazing product to help smooth out wrinkles.

Yet when I went to see the Dr and told him I was unsatisfied, he immediately told me he couldn't make them anymore tighter because he could damage a nerve . I am pretty confident that if I go anywhere else , they will find that I have legit reasons to be unsatisfied and I am also sure they can be redone . According to some research most of the time these surgeries may need a revision to fine -tune the job . But this Dr isn't honest at all , because he gave me a immediate no ! The problem with all the pictures taken is that the pictures are taken with arms up but no pictures of the back of your arms while there done, so The arms in upward positions look amazing . The problem is when you put them down and the skin sags in the back like some socks that are big and slide down , ( which is my case ) I have sadly wasted close to 9,000 I now have a scar from under my arm pit to my elbow , which was pointless and not worth the pain, nor the cost since I will never use short sleeves again because the back of my arms look really bad . Dr Mang did a Very poor job on my arms and without any hesitation tried to convince nothing could be done to make them better . If there is nothing that could be done to make them better , this only means he's not a good cosmetic surgeon . Once he gets his money he could careless about how you feel ... he brushes you off! He gaslights you by saying he's been doing this for yrs. And that he's not trying to push you away , when it's exactly what he's doing. My arms are uneven and he immediately told me he couldn't make them any tighter , so when the forms you sign saids you can get a revision , he isn't being honest and tries to convince you , the procedure looks good . I don't understand the purpose of the follow up check up's if he isn't going to listen to one's concerns and He has no real intentions of correcting the botched job . I almost had two procedures with him and was planning to go back for a thigh lift . As long as he likes the work he did , how you feel doesn't even matter .
