We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. After getting several estimates from other companies and also having a couple of "no shows" at estimate appointments I became acquainted with Rich from bay Home Improvement. He arrived on time for the estimate and spent more than ample time going over a variety of options of different price ranges on how to fix a problem on the front of my house...from simply attempting to clean the entire front of the house to putting stone veneer where the damaged siding was. My wife and I chose to totally transform our home. Rich and his staff, as well as the sub contractors, arrived early each day and cleaned up at the end of each day.
