I had the best time ever at Rob Peetom salon! The place is incredibly beautiful and makes you feel like a treat yourself special day. I went there to do my highlights, after haven't been to a hairstylist for years. I have always been disappointed with hair salons and was doing my colors by myself at home for years. But my hair started to be really dry and the color turning orange... so I thought I should give it a try again and went to Rob Peetom. Nick took care of me and seriously did the best job ever, I can't say thank you enough! He explained me the whole process, was very gentle, nice and fun. The color simply looks great! He recommended me hair products to take care of my highlights daily at home, and I have to say my hair look so different now! Thank you so much for everything Nick, I had the best time! I went here for the first time recently and had my haircut by Jackie. First off, let me tell you the space is beautiful! It is nicely decorated and they offer you espresso while you wait for your stylist, big plus. Jackie was really sweet and listened to everything I wanted to change with my hair. I left feeling super happy with my cut. I'll be back for a cut with Jackie for sure! The only thing I would say is make sure you enter through the right door, they have a separate door that enters into the cafe area which was a little misleading for some clients. read more

After reading lots of reviews, I made an appointment with Koji for a basic haircut. I am coming back a month later to write that this is hands down the BEST haircut I have ever gotten in my life. Goodbye dead ends and hello so much shine and volume. All of my friends and family have commented on how much healthier it looks. Had my hair cut by Nick a week ago and I am in love! The salon is beautiful and the service is amazing! I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in. Nick was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable with the cut before he started. I cut my hair pretty short after having long hair for years and I'm in love with the shorter hair! I had the most amazing experience last night. I had a haircut from Alexander, and from the moment I walked into the salon I was treated with so much courtesy and friendliness it blew my mind (not used to such friendly behavior from salons). They really do emphasize the customer experience here, from having a beautiful interior, to offering and bringing you coffee/wine/water, and to generally providing an excellent service. Alexander took time to listen to my needs and evaluate my hair, and he gave me an excellent haircut and blowout. Even though he cut off just a bit overall, my long hair has excellent shape and movement now. I can't wait to come back for another haircut. Hair stylist, Serigo is an absolute genius ...genuinely believe actual magic takes place in his chair. I dye my hair blonde and since coming here, my hair has only become healthier & stronger (honestly, after years of color damage, this was something I had given up thinking was possible). I buy all my hair products here as well - the quality and results speak for themselves. Needless to say, this city girl now looks forward to being in BK for weekly blowouts and pampering :). I really like the ambiance in the salon. It's different than many other places in the neighborhood with the big windows and comfortable but sophisticated sofas. There's plenty of sunlight and warm hospitality with a beautiful coffee machine and snack bar. It almost feels like a chic older sister's home I want to hang in all day. My haircut was a relaxing process and came out beautiful. Jackie did a great job interpreting my desired style from a list of factors and requests, but no specific directions. My hair looks beautiful and is easy to maintain, which is supposed to be the sign of a great haircut. read more
