They didn't give me the option of hot or iced and I have only seen people get iced drinks so I'm not sure if there is an option. I expected it to be a tea latte due to it being Earl grey but I was incorrect. It's an espresso latte with house made Earl grey syrup. The espresso was fine, but I couldn't really taste the Earl grey syrup at all. I think I will definitely try something else next time. I ordered a pastel de nata. This is an area where basically everyone is Portuguese and it's clear that this cafe is Portuguese owned as well. I love pastel de nata so I was excited to see them. They offered to warm it for me and it was good! Kinda hard to mess up tbh lol. They don't seem to offer actual food, just baked goods. It's a small selection, I assume freshly baked daily. It's Halloween season and I noticed they have a Harry Potter menu I would be interested in trying. The barista was telling the girl ahead of me in line that the Butterbeer latte is the sweetest item on the menu. They were making the most of their space with seating and I was not able to get a seat. The cafe was filled with college students despite it being early August! They definitely nailed the crème brûlée flavor. Even the Cortado was nicely presented and soothing. I liked that the flavor profile in the espresso was not overpowered by the milk or extraction process. I was also bummed that they didn't have their cool cups that say "Habibi" on them! Their branding is one of the things that caught my eye about them and it sucks to see them switching to nonbranded cups (assuming for cost reasons). Overall, it was worth a try!

I am a sucker for a fun drink and wanted to try the cookie and cream latte, not knowing it was just a cup of milk with the smallest splash of coffee and mixed with crushed up cookies. I felt as if I was drinking a child's recipe, with each attempted sip clogging my straw due to the cookie pieces. If you don't like coffee this is great, because it tasted exactly like what was advertised - milk and cookies. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but my partner ordered something completely different and it didn't taste great either. The taste of burnt coffee was prominent, making it hard to consume as well. The one positive is the environment seems like a great place to work remotely / study, as that is what many patrons were doing. People sometimes complain about the prices but you're getting quality in every cup. I usually get lattes and honestly I'm paying more or equal at Starbucks. I can taste the difference (coffee house is better hands down) and the business owner is there frequently, showing she's eager to cater to the community she is serving. There are often little treats too! It varies- handmade chocolate goodies, dubai strawberries, flavored fudge, there is always something exciting there, especially around gifting holidays. I've bought fudge for Christmas stockings and Dubai chocolates for Valentine's Day. It's so convenient!! Favorites: -Hands down the Frozen Cappuccino is AMAZING, you can add a flavor but there is seriously no need to. It's light and delicious. -Chaggacino has many health benefits and tastes great, you can also add flavor to this! -The decadent hot chocolate during winter is the best hot chocolate I've ever had. It's rich and creamy, tastes like something your grandma would make from scratch. -The Dubai chocolate and Dubai strawberries (when available, this year it was in February) is every bit as tasty as The Nuts Factory and you don't have to commit to such a huge bar.
