Tow service never calls when they arrive or knocks on address door, they just text saying drivers here come outside . I see text 5 minutes after it was sent , spent 20 minutes standing out side in snow . I call and text Bradleys NO ANSWER, I finally give up go in and call VW roadside assistance. VW roadside states driver drove by , did not see anyone standing by car. so he left . ( the car is in the driveway of the address given) Id say " CRAP SERVICE" By Bradey's. He then suggested that I pay him in cash and promised not to charge tax. However, I insisted on a receipt and ended up paying him $197, including tax. He agreed to send me the receipt later because he was busy. Since then, I have tried calling and texting him, but he has not responded. I recommend that you do not pay cash to these guys. I obtained their number from my Visa card and plan to report them to my Visa company. Additionally, I will submit a complaint to the credit bureau
