As I have looked over some of the reviews, thos company os never at fault and always seems to have a retort to consumers who are expressing their dissatisfaction. As a reminder, Yelp is a mechanism for us to express out opinions; the voice of the customer must ALWAYS be considered.

I tried to get a response from the text chain that was initiated when I booked the appointment, called 2 different phone numbers I could find online and emailed as well. No response. Then 3 hours later they get back to me and I asked that they still come. The issue with my car was concerning back brake lights that would not turn off and were draining the battery. The mechanic inspected and diagnosed that I needed my brake light switch replaced (also back brake light bulbs were burned out). He quoted me $420-$460 to fix it (that price included the $140 inspection and fuel surcharge fee). That sounded crazy to me so I just paid the $140 base fee said forget it, don't do the repair. I did some research on YouTube and checked out the situation myself, and it turned out to be just the rubber bumper piece that depresses the switch that had rotted and I was able to replace it with a bolt and washer I had on-hand for free. And anyway, if it had been a bad switch, that part only costs $10-$20. I'm pissed that the guy was going to over-charge me and I can't help but think it was because I'm a woman.

The owner, Ben, claimed to be highly experienced and promised the job would be finished by 1:00 PM the following day. When I followed up the next day, he claimed the truck wasn't fixed despite "installing the new parts" and said he was pulling the transmission back out. I immediately told him to stop all work. When I inspected the truck myself, it was obvious that the transmission bolts hadn't been touched and there was no sign of any labor being performed. When I asked for receipts or the source of the "new parts," he made excuses and eventually told me to leave the shop. The police were called, but they informed me it was a civil matter and that I had to pay the bill to get my truck back. They only accept Cash or Cash App, specifically to prevent customers from disputing the fraudulent charges. To make matters worse, when I finally towed my truck out, my batteries were scattered and the key was missing. After moving the truck to a reputable shop, the mechanics confirmed that no work had been done. Upon opening the transmission, they found a broken clutch spring and zero new parts. This ordeal cost me nearly $10,000 in total damages, including the lost revenue from being unable to deliver my load on time. They also damaged my backlight in the process. I hope this review prevents someone else from being robbed the way I was. Avoid this place at all costs.
