Our trailer hitch on our RV broke while traveling. I called these guys and they told me they could…read morehandle the repair. When he arrived he informed me that he could not fix it there we would have to go back to his shop. We followed him to his shop. He made the repair and added metal so it would not break again or that's what I was told. He did add one piece of tubbing. His rate was $150.00 dollars an hour. He charged me for the service call. And for the drive out and back to his shop. He had one guy weld on it for about 45 minutes. I was figuring. $600.00 labor and $100.00 for the tubbing. I can buy a 20' stick for $100.00. When gave me the bill it was $1,600.00. When I told him I would have to use my credit card it went to over $1,800.00. When you travel you get used to getting gouged from time to time. However we got home and started to leave for another trip. Less the 300 miles later and the hitch fell off. The welds were full of verocity and not even burnt in. Complete disaster and could have killed people. Would not use this guy.

His repairman came out and once again reassured me that the tires were new, 132 miles later I had my 2nd blowout. I made it to a reputable tire shop who informed me that all 6 tires were recaps. He has since ghosted me. I did get hold of him today, I use *67 to block my number so that he'd answer. He tried to tell me that he told me that the tires were "New recaps". This guy's is a liar and a thief. He'll put you and your family's life in danger to make a buck. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

WARNING....PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF U NEED COLLISION REPAIR...... Over the years , I…read moredealt with several collision shops in the past due to accidents, and this one was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a span of over 30 years of accidents, and this was the only total nightmare imaginable. First off, the initial estimate was much higher than the 4 other estimates I received from reputable nationwide collision shops. However, since the accident was caused by a party that had already used them and because they initially told me it would be done within a month, I decided to give them a chance to fix it. What a mistake I would forever regret. After the month passed, I called weekly to check on the status; the answer was always, We're almost done; it will be ready next week. This went on for 4 weeks straight. It was nearly 2months before I received my car.90% of that time, they did not answer the phone, and even when I would go up there ,the owner himself would pretend like he knew nothing about the status ,not accepting responsibility as he knew nothing about what was going on at his business, continuously telling me to talk to another person,as if he was just one of the workers...When I finally got ahold of the person and was told the car was ready, it was incomplete, even though they had agreed to charge the amount the insurance adjuster had recommended. Instead, they said they would fix it for the amount the insurance company agreed to; they only fixed what they wanted to, not telling me anything. Therefore, when I went to pick up the car, there was a lot of damage, and what they promised to fix wasn't even touched. When I told them about it at the time, they started giving a list of things that caused changes to the amount they agreed to repair it for, not even letting me or the insurance company know that they weren't going to fix everything. I gave them a check for nearly 11k that the insurance company paid to have it all repaired, and they refused to fix the car back to its condition before the accident. I still have nearly $ 1,000 in damages they refused to repair. Instead of them fixing the car to align with the price the insurance adjuster said . They fixed part of it to cut costs and still get the check. They don't care anything about customers, only the check they are getting from the insurance company. They will cut corners repairing your car but charge your insurance as if it was completed. Beware, please, please avoid taking your vehicle here; otherwise, you will likely end up wasting a lot of time in a court battle with them, as I plan to. If I can help at least 1 person avoid what I went through, I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.

The next morning I went and was greeted by an employee Megan that was very helpful. I know there are a lot of negative reviews but my experience was a little different due to this one employee. Mega made the difference for my experience and she was very professional. I would like to add that I also made it easy for her to do her job as I had all my paperwork and things I need to retrieve my ride. Megan needs a promotion and/or raise.

Wow, what a predatory business! This place is definitely the bottom of the barrel. They have been…read morein business in Memphis for quite a few years. I don't even know how they're still open. They have been sued several times and have so many complaints through the Better Business Bureau. They prey on people's misfortune. Its sad reading some of the things they have done to less fortunate people who can't afford towing expenses. My son and I went to a comedy show at Minglewood Hall. We would have been glad to pay for parking. The Minglewood Hall pay lot was completely full and every lot in every direction was full. We finally seen some other people parking in a Baskin-Robbins that was closed. This was on a Sunday night. We didn't see any no parking signs and thought it would be okay. It was a trap! We searched for signs and finnaly seen two very small signs that just said PB&J Towing with a phone number. Come to find out. This company hides around the corner and waits on everyone to go into Minglewood Hall, then they start towing people. To top it all off, they are closed on Sundays. When you call the number, it goes to voicemail or just disconnect you. All of my family was out of town that weekend. We took an Uber to PB&J towing and confirmed they were closed. Then, we turn around and had to get another Uber to take us back to Southaven Mississippi. If you're gonna tow people, you should have the decency to be open. So that people can get their car out. It ended up costing me $80 in Uber fees, and then the next morning. It costed me $250 to get my son's car out of this lot. Its predatory businesses like this. That makes people not come to Memphis for anything! The absolute greed in Memphis is real. After adding up everything. This night costed me roughly $800 to eat and see a comedy show! Thats pretty sad! Im sure these people will eventually get what's coming to them!
