My son, who is a college student, recently had an encounter with a female employee from this company, and the level of disrespect he received was completely unacceptable. Let me be very clear: respect is NOT optional. If you want respect, you must first give it-regardless of someone's age. Being older or working for a company does not give anyone the right to talk down to others. The way she spoke to him was unprofessional, rude, and completely out of line. No customer should ever be addressed in that manner regardless of age or race, especially a young man who was only simply trying to conduct business the right way. And once I receive the video of the interaction, I will upload it here so others can see exactly how she talked to him. This type of behavior should not be ignored or excused. I truly hope this company take this seriously and holds their staff accountable, because customers deserve better-much better-than this. read more

this company knows exactly who I am , because they counted my money so many times as if it was fake or would grow legs to run away .. it's obvious they didn't get that many cars to take to the auction to stay afloat so they have to be dirty towards the community. And same on Southaven police department for taking my car to the most desperate company available, just in a rush not reading reviews so hopefully I can save a few people the headache this company brings. This was the most disappointing experience. This company towed my car,and never gave me a reason why. after calling three times to verify that they had my vehicle. I asked for the quote, to retrieve my vehicle she stated she couldn't give me one over the phone. That was very unprofessional, and rude. She told me I would need a title or registration. The car is only a year old brand new, and I told her my registration was in my car compartment. She told me I was unable to retrieve it, and nobody their could get it from the vehicle. The only way I could get my vehicle back was to travel to a DMV and get a copy. Not to mention they also towed my car from Hornlake Ms, to Southaven, and charged me 255.00 after having the vehicle an hour. After arriving back, and paying this horrific fee they somehow got a nail in my back tire, and the tire was completely flat on the ground. My car was just serviced, and it was perfectly fine before they man handled it, as I was told by another neighbor. This lot is covered in nothing but rocks, and lord knows what else. The owner put air in the tire, and refused to take ownership for my tire. It is not okay to charge people a rate that high, and damage their car. My brother tried to pay this fee by phone, she stated they only take cash. I read a review where a customer paid by phone. This place is ripping people off. If I had to rate this place, I would give them a zero. The lady working customer service was rude in person, and over the phone. They gave me the complete run around, causing me to make several trips back and forth. I'm guessing with hopes of me loosing my vehicle to them. Horn lake police department need to also, be made aware of what this company is doing to people. I got screwed over twice with towing fees, and having to replace a tire. Calls are answered immediately, and the woman on the phone was polite and friendly. I've called them twice in the last 3 weeks to tow my car from home to a repair shop, then from the repair shop back home. The shop was not great, but that's a different review of a different company. Both times Yaya was our driver, and we were very impressed with him. He showed up on time and was friendly, professional, and he was very careful to take good care of my car. I initially was impressed with the responsiveness of the towing company with the associate Josh who helped me. Maybe 30 minutes after I had paid over the phone and the tow truck driver pulled up as I was right outside, less than 8 feet away and I even waived at them. The truck driver slowed enough to stop at the speed bump that was adjacent to my car, looked my direction, then drove off. I called the company back and apparently he got another call. I would have felt better if I was at least acknowledged by the driver and told what was happening before they pulled off. You know, since I had already paid for the service. Update: The tow truck driver returned about an hour later and another gentleman that I spoke with earlier regarding the driver leaving called and explained why this action was taken and I appreciated the call. Excellent service, GREAT price. I was expecting to pay well over $250 for the tow, but it turned out to only be $125, even though it was a Sunday. & raining very hard. Another company in the same area charged me $300 for towing my car 10 miles on a Tuesday afternoon. Choice towing is a professional and honestly run business. Mark Choice does what he says he will do If it's going to take a little to get to you they will tell you. The driver I had was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They can handle any towing you need. They have the equipment to handle it. Great service when we needed it the most. Not every emergency occurs from 9:00 to 5:00. Choice was phenomenal !!
