We want to give a huge thank you to Rodney with D's wrecker service in the Memphis area. While…read moredriving down the highway with our 5th wheel, Rodney noticed that one of our windows was flapping open and could have easily caused more damaged or caused an accident. He went out of his way to get our attention, safely led us to the next exit, and even helped us tape the window shut so we could continue our trip safely. What really stood out was his kindness and professionalism. In a world where people are often too busy to stop, Rodney took the time to help complete strangers. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend this business. He was knowledgeable and quick on his feet. we are so thankful for him and his help.

Called Wanda owner who said her driver called me and apologized what more do I want. She was rude, talked over me and with this being the 2nd issue with her staff and costing me at minimum another 4 days of car rental she didn't care. They got their full amount of money and don't care what service they provide their customer's. Poor excuse for a business. UPDATE- Lynn showed up at my house unannounced instead of mailing it back to me. She was rude and had an attitude. And why is any company employee just showing up at a customers house unannounced like this!? So unprofessional an to be blunt with her attitude makes me feel unsafe just showing up like that out of the blue. Call for tow and they do not advise you they prefer cash or check and will charge a credit card fee. Lynn said she was too busy to advise that when we spoke on the phone to setup the tow. Even though I asked do I pay you over phone with credit card or do I need to pay the driver with credit card, check or cash. Lynn advised pay the driver and that was all she said. Even when I called back to ask why Lynn didn't advise I would be charged a fee Lynn just said she was busy. The driver didn't advise there was a credit card fee until after he ran the credit card and handed the receipt back. I called back and asked for a manger to call me and Lynn is mailing me the fee back but her tone of voice, she was condescending and had an attitude. It's not the point of the fee it's that no one told me beforehand I would be charged the fee and her attitude while talking to me. Poor customer service. Do better!

Sent a $50 deposit to ensure that we were in fact coming as we said bc we lived a ways away. We got there and the vehicle didnt run as we were told and the head gasket blew while trying to test drive it. No biggie things happen. So we spoke about several other vehicles and it was getting late so we told them to contact us when he found the keys and could obtain paperwork. We even told them we would buy a second vehicle if all was with after the first. Upon leaving we all agreed the $50 deposit would be refund. That was saturday night. I messaged after 2 hrs of driving saturday night and we were still another 2.5 hrs away and he said he would send it in about an hr when he returned. Ok cool no problem, right.... WRONG!!!! We have been calling nd calling with no answer. We have been texting and texting with no reply. I have also sent a request via Cash app requesting our deposit be refunded back as was agreed upon... and nothing!!! Been calling and texting all day today and even sent a message on Facebook. Still nothing. I AM HIGHLY UPSET AT THIS POINT AND WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED AS AGREED!!! IT TAKES 2 SECONDS TO SEND IT BACK. SO NOW IM POSTING THIS REVIEW IN HOPES OF GETTING OR MONEY BACK AND KEEPING IT FROM HAPPENING TO SOMEONE ELSE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I guess we will be making another trip there IDC how far it is bc it is the point of doing whats right! We took him on his word even after the car blew up and was going to still consider purchasing one. But obviously their word means nothing to them or I wouldnt be posting this. Sad really. We desperately need a car and for someone to steal from someone is crap. The world use to be a better place with better people! I hope this company choses to do the right thing and refund our money!!!
