We got our chicken Original, but they also offer a slightly spicier version, tossed in Nashville sauce. The chicken itself had a tasty skin, the chicken meat seemed only to be marinated in a bit of salt but otherwise tasteless. I assume it would be more flavourful if we chose the Nashville style. The gravy tasted like a chicken noodle soup, with notes of celery salt. It was different but not entirely bad. The fries were very soft, kind of like they should have fried it for a minute longer. There are a few seats in the center of the mall for patrons to eat at, but we took ours to go. The mall is kind of dark and run down, and they were making repairs/replacements of something in the ceiling by the tables. Good affordable option if you are in the area, but I wouldn't run back from 3 cities over right away.
