2018-08-12. Roadside Chicken has a very limited menu. They serve broasted chicken and chicken tenders. Tender come regular and spicy. Tenders can also come in a wrap or with fries. Chicken comes with fries. We went with the chicken. Two pieces with fries runs you a whopping $16. The chicken was actually wasn't bad. Crispy breading, moist inside. Skin left on and salt was the only spice I detected. By no means was it overly salty. I wouldn't recommend the breast meat. Its very lean (as it should be), but with such little spice, it tastes quite dry, tender, but dry. The wings on the other hand are great, with enough fat on the skin to keep it juicy. Not healthy, but its juicy... Not much else to say here. By far no gourmet item, but not bad for Park food. 3,5 stars rounded down.
