It's located inside a food court that has a bunch of other restaurants. The service was really nice and i like that it came with plastic gloves cause you know how messy eating fried chicken can be. We got the 3 piece with fries and the fried chicken was made fresh to order. One bite into the chicken and it was so juicy and flavourful. It definitely hit the spot. The fries were amazing and the gravy was delicious also. We will be coming back!

Somehow we didn't get the hype memo, as our order was far from a grand one. I'm glad the business is doing well so I'm sharing an honest opinion of the fried chicken and shrimp sandwich. The staff was surprised to have business on a weekend afternoon, and just sat under the cash register. Within our order, the fried shrimp sandwich came loaded in a crunchy patty with beans & veggies inside toasted buns. I was anticipating a good bite; the only problem was that it was rock hard without much flavour. Since I don't like wasting food, I didn't toss it out. The spicy chicken was crispy and seasoned well similar to Taiwanese fried chicken. Its only drawback was that the spice seasoning was quite salty. Not as ultra crispy as Taiwanese night market chicken but it'll do. One benefit of this location is that dessert is only a stone's throw away. The nearby Wooffles & Cream stall is always busy. The rest of this quiet food court seemed to have fallen on harder times during the pandemic though a return to office may help boost lunch business. However, we'll be getting our fried chicken fix from elsewhere at a similar price point.

I'll try to be descriptive! The restaurant is really pretty. I like the decor and clean look and feel. Servers are really nice and super attentive. They noticed we had a toddler and gave us options for cutlery and cups to make sure whatever they gave him was safe. I loved that! They also were able to easily accommodate a gluten free requirement. We got the grand appetizer platter to share which was really good. Lots of variety and the sauces that came with them were great. I particularly liked the fried calamari and the spring rolls. My family devoured the triangle tofu pieces. The shrimp skewers were also really nice. Well cooked and seasoned. The coconut soup was light and flavorful. It's actually a great portion in those square bowls. We ordered 3 pad thais for our huge table and there was not really much left over. Noodle texture was nice and chewy and the flavors were sweet, tangy, and savory. I kinda wish it was more noodles to meat, which I know is probably opposite of what most people like. But I really really like noodles and basically just want noodles hahaha! We also tried the stir fry glass noodles. I absolutely love glass noodles so I'm very biased to say I enjoyed it a lot. It was savory and a bit spicy. I liked all the veggies they mixed in there for more texture and taste. It has a really good stir fry flavor too. We also ordered the massumum curry which was really creamy and flavorful. I really enjoyed that one mixed with some rice or into my noodles. It's not too spicy, a bit nutty and sweet. I'm a huge fan. We went with chicken for almost everything and my only feedback really about that is that the chicken was really over cooked and dry in some dishes. The few dishes with shrimp were nicer and maybe next time I would try beef. Over all, would come back! Then maybe I can take photos before I eat. Haha!!

There was a lineup when I entered but it seemed to be moving quite well. Like a lot of places these days, they offer a special on Tuesdays (and Mondays) for a two piece chicken and fries. I added a small coleslaw and a drink. That's my dinner! It didn't take long to get my order. They kinda had all the food and boxes lined up and ready to go so it was more like an assembly job. That's great for fast service, not so great for getting fresh food. By the time it was my turn, they were out of chicken legs and substituted a wing. I didn't mind, especially since I got the thigh, as advertised. Unfortunately, although the flavour wasn't bad, it didn't taste very fresh. I kinda feel like they cooked a whole lot of chicken and were just filling orders quickly. Same for the fries. They were a bit soggy. After sitting at a table on the patio for a couple of minutes, I realized they forgot my coleslaw. I went back in and got it. No problem. Suppose I had driven away? Hmmm... If they did as I suspect, have all the food cooked and ready to be packaged, it's good for speedy service but not so great for food quality. If they didn't, then...

It just wasn't that good. It was a wait which means it was fresh so that is a good thing right? However, I felt there was no flavour. The fries were soggy and not crispy at all. The fries come in different in different colours , with each representing a different flavour. My personal flavour were the yellow and orange colour chicken fries which was turmeric and tomato flavour. The spice level we picked was light and it was for perfect for me - someone who can't really handle much spice The thing I love the most about these chicken fries is it had just the right amount seasoning and crunch too it . Didn't feel really oily either. Price is a tad steep $ 10.05 for fries but since it's actually chicken , it seemed ok . I will go back to buy the actual chicken cup as that seems like a better value and I'll get to pick my fav flavour !

The colouring on the chicken fries is supposed to be natural from ground up ingredient powders. I'm not sure if the owner is taiwanese or mainlander but he was really friendly. Didn't have any tissues and also no washroom at inside this unit, but he went to his CAR and grabbed me some wet naps to clean my hands which was really kind of him. The cutlet itself was breaded well, crispy and the chicken was juicy. The price is kinda steep so if it would've been a lil cheaper I'd award 5 stars. I'm keen to try some chicken fries with cuttlefish or tomato powder on the batter next time. It's a relatively chill spot and I don't think it's as well known as it's competitors, Monga or Hot Star, but it holds its own imo.
