8-26-2024 I called Roadrunner towing and requested a tow from Mercedes of El Cajon to our lot 4 miles away. They quoted me $165. I told them that the vehicle was a 24' long Winnebago Navion and I texted them photos of the small RV along with the dimensions. I went and paid the Mercedes El Cajon service bill and was told that the tow driver would pick up the vehicle and tow it to our location 4 miles away. Instead, the next day I come to the lot and the vehicle is not here. I finally get a hold of someone there and ask what happened. They said that the RV wouldn't fit on the flat bed. Duh, of course it doesn't!! (I sent them dimensions and photos so they should have known that) So they just left.... I didn't receive any callback or communication. When I mentioned this to the rep on the phone and they didn't care I told them I was going to delete their number from my contact I use regularly and he said, "Sounds good" So apparently this company doesn't need the business. read more

Unreliable, corrupt and human garbage. It took them 2 hours to show up when they initially said 30 minutes. Nothing they told me was based on fact. They think they can say and do whatever they want with no accountability. They wanted to cancel when it was apparent that their ETA was not based on actual arrival times. The original driver was not in and I believe they assigned another driver after the initial half hour wait. The dispatcher could care less. What if this was requested when stalled on the highway? I guess you'd be out of luck with these corrupt people. They are incompetent, have horrible customer service and lack basic comprehension. They make McDonald's employees look like rocket scientists. read more

Every other tow place in town were telling me it was going to be next to impossible to RepoStyle tow my car out of Fashion Valley parking garage; but this gentleman made it possible!! It was a bit of a head scratcher at first; he figured it out & was able to get the job done!!! Also very much affordable; everywhere else wanted to charge astronomically high ! Like $400+ for either a repo tow or to reflash the car to make a new key insane. I'm SO glad I found Roadrunner!! read more

I highly recommend not using this company. My insurance company tried to use them to help tow me when my car battery died and they lied to me no less than 5 times about when they were coming, and then ultimately never showed up. At one point the driver himself called me to tell me he was on his way and would definitely be there in 15 minutes and he STILL never showed up. They left me stranded for over 3 hours late at night. It's unconscionable and unacceptable, again, do not use this company. read more

This company is horrible!! I set a tow time for the next day since my car broke down on a Sunday. I picked the earliest time and received a text they would be there in a 30 minute window. I called them at 6 am to confirm. They showed up 3 hours late!! Then when the driver got there he told me he wasn't even dispatched until 30 minutes before he arrived. But the worst part was the price. I believe since I was going thru my insurance they gauged me!! I could have done it personally and paid less than half of what I did!' He proceeded to yell at me and scream at me and tell me I wasn't listening when I was just I was just trying to get across to him that I needed a toe. I called and specifically asked on a quote for a flat bed, it would be $165 .I agreed and they sent me a regular tow truck. I had no choice but to tow it since they were already here, but there's No way I would of ever paid that much for a regular tow truck !! Need to be more clear on services. read more
