Incredible service. Fast . My 2002 Durango drives like it's brand new . Best shop ever

I have used this shop many times. Brian is very professional and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with any repair. The job is always done on time and at the quoted price. I highly recommend. read more

Did not replace single use torque to yield axle bolts after removing axles while servicing my Ford van resulting in dangerous situation where the axles could come loose and wheels fall off as known to happen. This is a MAJOR safety issue. I discovered this later after a friend noted the single use replacement bolts should have been on the service invoice, but were not. The manager Justin said he was not aware of this until I brought it to his attention and he then found it in the service notes. He did not apologize for his negligent mistake or for endangering my life and the lives of others on the road with his negligence. He is supposedly a master Ford mechanic, which was why I brought the van there. I replaced the bolts myself since I was traveling. I cannot recommend this shop! read more

Brian and his staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Good people and great service!

I made my first visit to roadrunner auto for a smog check. The staff was personable and professional. I even received a new client discount. The waiting room is very comfortable with a nice view. In closing I highly recommend this establishment. read more

I brought my ancient beat up Toyota into the shop to fix an oil leak. These guys diagnosed the issues and fixed them all, while being incredibly open and communicative about the process/recommendations. Price was completely reasonable and came in at the quote. Thanks! I hope not to be back but if I need help, I definitely will be a repeat customer read more

Really bad experience at this mechanic, they change the shocks and rack companion because my steering wheel was shaking and when I got the truck back It's missing the front lift kit with the front tires rubbing everywhere and after fixing keept having the same issues as before. His answer when I ask for explanation is that I have too big tires, I have to change them and my truck wasn't lifted. That after been insulted as a "motherfucker" by the owner, and treat as and idiot. I go to other mechanic and they said not just was overpriced with those bad quality shocks, they also took the lift kit and never put it back. Don't recomend anybody go here . read more

This is a very clean shop, but I have used them only once so far. The work came in exactly as quoted and on time, and they actually did a little extra work at no charge. My car was very clean when it was returned, and everything was in order. Nice people that work there too. A big plus. I will be back. read more

As always, honest ownership, reasonable prices and skilled, knowledgeable mechanics. I have taken older cars here for years and today I brought in a brand new 2020 Pilot to add some factory parts for heavier towing that the dealer was charging far too much to install. Don't let dealers trick you into thinking they are the only ones that can work on new vehicles. Roadrunner has all the equiptment and skilled technicians for upgrading brand new vehicles as well as everything needed to keep your older vehicles running and on the road. I highly recommend Roadrunner for any automotive need. read more

I took my car in for a brake repair today. My first time using this business. The staff and owner were all very nice and professional. The shop was clean. They gave me a ride to work. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use them and will recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car. read more

Honestly sooo dissatisfied with my experience here, first off just to look at my car was 100$ they didn't do anything I was asking for and when I came back in they didn't explain anything to me and just charged me for looking at my car. Customer service is awful and they did not help at all wouldn't recommend anyone going here. read more

Love these folks. They were able to get me in on. Moments notice and were very friendly and affordable. Brian there is amazing.

Great place for a smog certification. I was able to get an appointment quickly and when I arrived early, they were able to take me right away. Very friendly and professional. They even let my dog stay in the car to stay cool and refilled his water bowl! Highly recommend. read more

I could not be happier with the service provided by Roadrunner. It was my first time (but not my last!) They provided the smog certificate for my car. I was able to make an appointment...which was important to me. They were right on time--actually, a little early. The service was fast, efficient and reasonable. I felt comfortable while waiting, which was at most half an hour. I was helped by Brian who was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about his business. I highly recommend Roadrunner Automotive!!! read more

Fit me in last minute, and ended up not being able to perform the smog because I required a STAR certified place, which he then recommended to me. Super sweet and helpful. read more

I called on one day, drove my car in on the following day and Roadrunner Automotive was the fastest most efficient smog check ever. They even did a courtesy coolant check when I asked them to look at it. read more

Roadrunner automotive agreed to perform an engine diagnostic even though I called them within and hour of closing (I don't like to do that, but my car just started acting up and I was worried). Explained what was wrong and answered all of my quesions. Super happy with them! read more

I was referred to Brian at Roadrunner Automotive by Bob at Karl's Smog and Repair. Brian did what was required to make sure that my car would pass the smog test when I took it back to Bob. While I was at Roadrunner Automotive, I told Brian that my car, a 2006 Nissan Altima with 123,000 miles, was making noises and that the steering wheel vibrated badly when I applied the brakes. Since I know nothing about cars, I told Brian that I would have to rely on his expertise. He put the car on the rack and told me exactly what the problems were. I needed brakes, front and rear, the left front wheel bearing needed replacement and several other items needed to be fixed. Brian did everything that was needed at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with Brian's knowledge and his commitment to make sure that all of the necessary repairs were done to make my car safe to drive. I also appreciated that he explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He did not try to sell me anything that was not needed. I had confidence in him, and I knew that he was a person of integrity who could be trusted to do what was right for me.. I would strongly recommend Roadrunner to everyone who wants to get their car repaired by an honest, reliable and reasonable mechanic. Brian is NUMBER ONE in my book. I would also tell anyone who needs to get a smog check to go to Bob at Karl's Smog and Repair; he is the GREATEST. Chris Corondoni read more

I've brought multiple vehicles here after a couple disappointing experiences at plaza automotive in grass valley. Brian is honest, fair, quick, and reliable. His shop is cleaner than a kitchen, which speaks loads about integrity and organization. I can't recommend this place enough. I'm taking all my automotive repairs here from now on. After I referred my dad here, Brian sent me a thank you card with a gift certificate to Starbucks. It truly feels like a local community oriented business and with top notch service to boot. read more
