I have had a horrible experience with this John Deere Dealer, and The John Deere Company regarding…read morea $379 mower. We took the mower to Lowe's to exchange it and were told that all John Deere products have to go to a John Deere dealer to diagnose the problem. When the mower stopped working my husband took the top off to check the pully, and a couple of other small maintenance things that any man would check, and when he did, the entire housing came apart, so he put it back together with what screws he had, to take it in, since he could not repair it. When we took it in, Brazos Valley John Deere determined that the problem was caused by us, because the crank shaft is bent, and they would not stand behind the product since it wasn't a manufacture defect. How is it that the housing coming apart is not a manufacture defect? We have only had this mower a little over a year, and maybe used it 20 times. This should not be happening with a John Deere Mower after only one year. Also, the Lowe's Store manager called me and offered to split the cost of a new mower for us to keep a customer happy. This is not even their product, it is John Deere's product, but Lowe's is willing to replace the product, and John Deere isn't. I will never buy another John Deere product after this experience. I will certainly never buy anything from Brazos Valley Equipment Company. And now, our mower has been at Brazos Valley for over a week, and our yard still isn't mowed, and we are still dealing with this crap. Brazos Valley has not even called us to let us know what is wrong with the mower, and have not contacted us at all. I have had to call John Deere Customer Service to get any answers, but they did not do anything for us. They stand behind the service location's decision, rather than trying to make a customer happy.

I recently had a deeply upsetting experience at Tractor Supply, and I feel compelled to share my…read morestory. My father and I went into the store to pick up some supplies for our farm, expecting the usual friendly service. Unfortunately, what we encountered was not only unprofessional but also racist behavior from one of the cashiers, which completely ruined our visit. The problems started when we approached the checkout counter with our items. There was a young woman working the register, and from the beginning, she seemed disinterested and distracted. We tried to make small talk, as we usually do when checking out, but she barely responded and seemed put off by our presence. This in itself was odd, but it quickly escalated into something much worse. When my father went to pay for the items, the cashier made an offhand comment about our accents, which was both inappropriate and unnecessary. At first, we tried to brush it off, thinking maybe it was just a poorly timed joke, but the situation continued to spiral. As she was scanning our items, she began to mutter under her breath about how "people like us" always come in and make things difficult. My dad, who is a quiet and respectful man, politely asked her to clarify what she meant by that remark, but she just smirked and didn't respond. Things took a darker turn when she started making rude comments about my father's clothing, saying he looked like he "didn't belong" in the store. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone who is supposed to be providing customer service. It's one thing to encounter bad manners, but this felt like blatant racism, and I was honestly shocked that this was happening in a place I've always considered to be neutral and welcoming. What's even more disappointing is that Tractor Supply claims to be a company with strong values and a commitment to serving all customers. This experience showed me the complete opposite. If this is how they allow their employees to behave, I'll certainly think twice before shopping there again. As customers, we deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, regardless of our backgrounds or appearances. The store failed miserably in this regard, and I can't in good conscience recommend it to anyone, especially after such a disturbing encounter. This kind of treatment is not something anyone should have to endure, and I hope that Tractor Supply takes this issue seriously and addresses the problem more effectively in the future. The cashier in question was Cheyenne, wont be coming to this Tractor Supply any more. Very disappointing

Great store for this area!…read more This Tractor Supply is right off the highway on the NB 45 SVC RD. Very convenient location and big enough parking lot to not be crowded. The staff here are very friendly and willing to help out. We got some hay the last time we were here and the young man employee helped my husband put it int he bed of our truck! They have clean bathrooms and an overall clean store. Decent prices and an array of different products. Go check this place out!
