Unfortunately, it didn't track straight. I called and they scheduled a home service call and tried a basic fix. It did not fix my issue. A follow up visit the next day by one of their senior mechanics did fix the pull to the right issue I had experienced. I love my new mower!

The thumb it was delivered with was too short and obviously incorrect. Salesman immediately told me they would correct it. It is now1/28/2025; nothing has happened, they have been avoiding my calls for a while, and it seems like we are headed to small claims, since the part they claimed is on backordered is verified to be in stock at the vendor. Do not accept delivery unless EVERYTHING is there. Do not pay them until EVERYTHING is correct. Learned a lesson here.

We searched the store and found the tires that we needed, however, they weren't an exact match. We found an associate Mr. Kirk that was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable, he found the parts needed to ensure the tires would fit our lawn mower. We would recommend this store to all of our friends.

After screwing the bolts back in to keep it stable the ignition stable to start the lawnmower, it still becomes loose again after starting the lawnmower and driving. If it was already becoming loose before I received it, how did none of the employees catch that? Or was it negligence? Or flat out disregard? Top Notch Feed Store!!!…read more There are so many "pros" about this store it may be hard to remember and list them in this review! My husband and I had our first experience of a feed store just a week prior to this one and were blown away by the courtesy of the staff and the selection at this store. I mean the location of this one is awesome because it is among lots of other antique shopping and restaurants. We just went to get some hay and it was a very quick transaction and the employee (wish I had his name) loaded it up for us. It was close to closing time and at most places employees are ready to hit the door running, while here they were preparing to close up shop but welcomed customers. Very impressed by the look outside of this location and cant wait to shop more here. Thank you for helping us newbies out!

They had taken out the food trays that allowed someone to scoop out bird food, dog food, and other critter foods and pay by the pound. Sad that it's gone. Staff was still very nice and helpful. Place still has the old dusty look. to it. Through another door they have a separate feed area, have many bags of eats for the critters and livestock. There is also a gift shop attached, has some nice and pretty items, some are priced a bit more than I'm comfortable paying, but they are nice.

Rain or Shine - These Guys Deliver!…read more Ellis County Landscapes absolutely came through when no one else would. While other mowing services were canceling or making excuses because of prior rain days--"the ground's still too wet," etc.--Blake and his team showed up ready to work. Even in less-than-ideal weather, they started trimming things down to a clean, acceptable level and returned promptly as soon as the rain let up to finish the job. That kind of dedication is rare. Blake was easy to communicate with, responsive, and genuinely great to deal with throughout the entire process. You can tell these guys are true professionals--from their attitude to the quality of their work and the top-tier equipment they use. I'm genuinely looking forward to working with Ellis County Landscapes again. Highly recommend!
