this road ranger has always been middle of the road hasn't changed. Subway is adequate. they got the little hotbar they bring out the sausage on the stick the Wings and things yada yada yada.. the bathrooms can use a little more maintenance more often as far as cleaning.. I don't feel here sometimes I get a soda or a quick snack and keep on rolling so I'm not going to have a long review here at all the most of the time I just use it for a scale when I come out of Chicago headed towards Iowa and points West just because of the fact it's easy on easy off at the Dixon exit.. read more

Sketchy gas station with the usual trucker fare. Not particularly clean and took a long time.

DO NOT STOP HERE for anything other than gas. The restrooms were mediocre in cleanliness. The service and individuals working were standing next to the register talking while one employee scanned items for the 10+ people in line waiting to check out. Meanwhile when we finally got to the counter after 15+ minutes waiting in line, she double scanned some of our items and wasn't going to provide us with a receipt. WORST GAS STATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. So incredibly rude!!! read more

Best coffee hands down & Blueberry muffins. I was welcomed entering the store. They have an awesome coffee station equipped with syrups, toppings and whipped cream. The greatest part of all they have Chai Latte! The lot fits about 55-60 trucks, shower was clean (they need NEW Towels) as well were the restrooms. I didn't feel less or that the place was racist (coming from a woman from a Hispanic background). About the language thing, well we are in The United States Of America, where our first language happens to be English. read more

This place is filthy, stinks of food and the floors in the mens bathroom are sticky. We were going to grab some roller food and get back on the road. After using the restrooms we were really skeptical about buying gas lol. I guess if all you need is a bathroom and something that is wrapped in plastic it might not be so bad. read more

One of the few places to get gas and use the restroom in between I-80 and I-39/90. I had no issues! Getting in and out was nice since the entrance was on a side street, which meant dealing with traffic was less severe than if it had been right off the freeway. I didn't notice anything particularly strange about this Road Ranger, but the bathrooms that I saw seemed to be a little on the small side. I'll probably be back! read more

They have good food and a lot of things to buy. Very nice to all people that come in. I bought a nice cowboy hat.

Terrible. Pay at pump doesn't work anywhere. Employees are rude and self-important. Totally unelevated experience.

Decent place to stop and grab a treat and some gas. Bathrooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Pretty decent Road Ranger / Pilot Travel Center to fill up on gasoline, diesel, food, snacks, drinks and a small selection of various travel items. The restroom situation is pretty good including showers (which I didn't check out), and there's also an over-21 gaming machine room (which I didn't utilized either but it's here...). Slowest place on I88. Subway was bad too! One cared about timing. Took us 20 mins to get food and forever to check out drinks.
