The food is always hot, fresh and reasonably priced. They have their regular menu and a special each day. I was worried it wouldn't make it home safely so I stopped at Casey's off I-88 and asked for referrals for car repair shops. One of them was for AutoDoc and I am so glad I called. They looked at my car right away with no appointment. Seconds later I was good to go-at no charge! Part of the heat shield they said I didn't need rusted and was about to fall off. I really appreciate their honesty. The owner, Jon Setchell, could have told me anything and ripped me off, but he didn't. Thank you. I made it home safely and no further issues.

We dropped it off Friday afternoon and it was ready the following Monday afternoon. Everything was repaired, and we saved almost $70 with the coupon they send to repeat customers. We'll definitely be back when we have the harder stuff to do. They do good work.

Unless I go back to Illinois and my car has issues around this area. I guess I could also drive from California to Illinois the next time my blinker goes out, but that'd be risky. I'd really need to consider the risk/reward for that trek. If I ever move to Chicago, I'd like to think that this place played a role in that decision. Thank you!

I walked in and she just stared at me, literally just sat there and stared at me... I'm sorry, but I'm the one doing YOU a favor by bringing my money there. Typically if someone walks into your business you at least greet them, I dunno maybe even go as far as asking them what they need... I guess that's too much to ask for these days. For goodness' sake it was a Friday afternoon, show some enthusiasm! The gentleman that I picked up my keys from was friendly though, I think it's the same guy that helped me on my previous visit (the owner maybe?). Anyways, other than the initial poor customer service experience, they again did a great job in repairing my vehicle. They were pretty busy so they said they couldn't look at my car for a few days, I brought it back to them 3 days later and I had the car back in my driveway by the end of the same day. Chances are pretty good I'll take my car there again when it inevitably needs repair again, however that time I'm just going to stand there and stare back until I'm greeted properly.
