The manager did give us at no charge the grease and oil needed to do the job. You just have to not assume that the job is done right, in today's world, you can't take anyone at their word and double check your own equipment. Nice people but hard to find reliable workers.

First info I could get was that they were over $400 into a repair that I did NOT authorize. Was shocked to say the least! I only wanted a quote! It had only had two broken bearings and some bad seals. I could buy a new gear box twice for that! Again, never asked them to fix it, only what it might cost to fix it. I let the asst. mngr. know that I never authorized them to make repairs and that that was an unreasonable price considering I could buy a new one twice for that. Finally spoke to a manager who basically told me this was the price (they had discounted from 95$ an hour in labor to $80 but still, the price was going to be over $400 of unauthorized work!!!) and either I could pay it or they would scrap my gear box. What the? Who does that? They never quoted me a price! And now they are going to keep my gear box! Pretty sure that is stealing! Going to pursue this further. Not cool Washington Tractor. You won't see any of my business from here on out.

We got a massive tree at a very reasonable price. Customer service was excellent and it had the same smell as the hardware store I used to go to for popcorn when I was a kid. The only down side, and it isn't much of one, is I wish they trimmed the tree when you bought it. When we got home we had to do a little snipping in our apartment to take care of stray branches. I needed a forklift to get this nonsense straightened out. After making too many phone calls, I came across Jennings Equipment in Puyallup, and spoke directly to Andrew. Once he understood what my situation was. Advised me to bring it there if possible, and they would assist me with straightening out the situation. I managed to get the trailer and its wonky load to their store, and he personally took the time to help me (with a forklift), and organize it in a way that was legal and safe. Andrew's customer service was second to none. As my teenagers would say, props and a shout out, he absolutely nailed it when it came to helping resolve this issue.

It costs about $150 for the vaccinationsor each dog and even though that sounds like a lot, I priced it out with a vet and it was going to be $300 to $500, so this is really a bargain. This year, we finally found Bennie's! She allowed us to make custom pre-orders in January when she was still selecting flowers. She showed us her Proven Winners catalog and had great suggestions for what would grow well together. Today we picked up our baskets and they look fabulous. I can't wait to see what they look like in August! The only disappointment was that with 11 hanging baskets in the Suburban, I only had room to take home 1 more plant. So back to Bennie's we'll go to bring home some beautiful geraniums, lavender, clematis, roses, or dozens of other annuals and perennials. Everything looked extremely healthy and vigorous. Customers are spoiled for choice, and prices are extremely reasonable. Well worth the 3 hour round trip!
