Great job! All of my belongings were packed and transported safely. Great team to work with! Updated at a later date: My initial review is above, and I am just now able to sit down and write an honest review. Usually I wait until I have time to inspect the service before reviewing. However, prior to the RPM team leaving I was pressured to leave a review right there in the moment while he watched so he could take a photo of my phone with the review on it so he could send his boss.... VERY unprofessional. So here is my genuine opinion: 3 men showed up on time. They told me the clock started right when they arrived. I walked them through the house, everything left was to be relocated to our new home. They said they could disassemble furniture and they had it from there. My husband and I took our pet to the new home and got things that we had previously moved ourselves (local move) rearranged for incoming furniture. 3 hours later I text to check in so I had an idea of how much time we had and if we should go help them or run errands, really to plan our day. No reply. Almost 2 hours later I text again for an update. I get a call that they are finishing up and was sent videos of my things carefully loaded in the truck wrapped up nicely. At this point we are 5 hours in just for them to load. They call to let me know they are getting lunch then will be over, awesome, we have an update so are no longer stuck waiting. Took a lot longer than I anticipated but again, it looked like they were careful with my things so I didn't mind. Once they arrived it was still a team of 3 and was a slow roll. They had not completely taken furniture apart so were unable to fit through doorways and tight corners. They ended up taking apart furniture to get it to fit, but only after my new home with freshly painted walls were left with large scrapes. Since we were aware of the hourly rate we unwrapped items as they placed them, removed wrapping and moving blankets, and reassembled one of the two beds. After we were fully unloaded, payment settled, and I was pressured to leave a review, I continued to unwrap furniture. Luckily before they fully loaded the truck and left I realized I did not have the mirror from my vanity. They were able to find it in their truck. I haven't been able to see if anything else was forgotten, but I don't have the screws that had attached the mirror to the vanity. Entire move 7 hours. Overall, I went with the lowest bid and the service reflected that. Nothing was ruined or severely damaged, they were polite and timely. Attention to detail and efficiency were not their strong points. Also I only had one drop off location, so not sure what the company reply is about? read more

Dmitry and Sergii were simply the best movers I have ever worked with. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, careful, and incredibly hardworking. They handled everything with great attention to detail and treated our belongings as if they were their own. What impressed me most was their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. Moving can be extremely stressful, but Dmitry and Sergii made the entire process feel smooth and effortless. They worked quickly without ever sacrificing care, and everything arrived exactly as it should. I genuinely could not have asked for a better moving experience. If you're lucky enough to have Dmitry and Sergii assigned to your move, you're in excellent hands. Absolutely outstanding service and an easy 5/5 stars. Highly, highly recommended! read more

I had an excellent experience with this moving company! The team Baiel and Misha were punctual, organized, and incredibly professional from start to finish. They quickly helped me disassemble my bed. They took great care of all of my furniture, carefully wrapping and protecting everything before moving it. My apartment didn't have an elevator, and they managed to move everything down two flights of stairs from my old apartment and into my new studio without any issues. They worked efficiently while still being extremely careful with my belongings. On top of that, everyone was friendly and easy to work with, which made an already stressful moving day so much easier. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. read more

I had a great experience with this moving team. Mitra and his partner showed up right on time and immediately walked through the plan with me so we were aligned on where and how to load everything. They were communicative, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I appreciated the small things too, they even accepted the coffee I offered, which made the whole experience feel more human and friendly. They took great care with my belongings, wrapping furniture properly and using dollies to move boxes efficiently. It gave me confidence that everything was being handled and transported gently. They arrived at 9am as planned had my 1 bedroom a loaded by noon. My move took 5 hrs. Overall, a smooth, professional move. I'd definitely recommend them. read more

I hired RMP to move my son from one apartment to another in Portland. Russ from RMP was the first to answer request. He returned all questions within minutes. Their rates were the best by far. On moving day, one of the hottest days in Portland at over 90 degrees. RMP moving arrived on time. Two very nice young men got to work. After loading everything from first apartment onto the truck, the crew took a short break( which was deducted from hourly rate). The crew unloaded everything into the new apartment without any issues. I would recommend RMP and use them again without hesitation. Russ, thank you for a no nonsense experience ( quick responses, very reasonable price and hard workers). Highly recommend!! read more

RMP was great! They were the first to respond and did the job well. They were late due to a tire problem. I was panicking, thinking that they would not show up while I have everything in a box. Luckily, they showed up on time the next time and Russ gave me a small discount. From the moment we met they put me at ease. I did not have to worry about anything while they moved. I could trust that they would deliver everything. Russ and Dimitri wrapped my furniture well. Everything was secured. The boxes were heavy, the move was longer than estimate, although they really made moving look easy! I would not hesitate to use their service again if I have to move next time. read more

Great customer service. Russ and team did an amazing job. They were the most reasonable with only a few reviews but I took a chance on them and I'm very glad I did. They are hard workers, friendly and nice as well as very conscious of wrapping everything to avoid items getting damaged. Unfortunately my floor lamp received a little damage at the base but Russ was open and honest about it right away, pointing it out to me before I even knew, and offered to either fix it or compensate me for it. If you're looking for a great mover, I highly recommend them. I will definitely use them for any future moving needs. Thank you, Russ and team! read more

Dmitry and his crew did an incredible job during my girlfriend and I's move today! Phenomenal service and super friendly all day long. They wrapped everything accordingly and kept things very safe and secure. The communication before and during the move was great, as well. I personally looked at, and researched over 10 moving companies a few months ago before my big move, and RMP Moving was the one that stuck out to me the most. Russ does a phenomenal job running this Team - He had constant communication with me from Day 1. Such a nice guy! I highly recommend this moving company for any big or small moves someone does in Portland! read more

Highly recommend this company! They are prompt, trustworthy, and prepare and move your household items carefully and with precision. They have a large truck and provide all the moving tools to load and unload your boxes and furniture. This was our first time using movers and we were blown away. Russ, Russ, and Michael were amazing! Kind, Communicative, and possess excellent customer service. Who knew moving could be stress free with no body aches and tired bones? Thank you to the Russes and Michael! We couldn't do this without you three and we have some friends planning to move soon and we'll be pointing them your way! read more

Adding to my review from our move on 7/28/26. The workers were great however, I realized post payment that the $50 deposit I paid was not recognized in my final bill so I was overcharged that amount. I have sent multiple requests to the owner to have my deposit refunded and have received no response. The move was great but the owner not honoring the $50 deposit/overcharging me makes me inclined to not use and not recommend this company. UPDATE: The owner reached out and worked with me to clear our misunderstanding (there was a fee I missed in the initial estimate). I was refunded a fair amount. read more

I could not have asked for a better moving experience than I had with RMP. Russ and team were great to work with. His moving team were on time, courteous and easy to work with, and handled everything with utmost care. They completed the move in less time than I had anticipated and came in under the budget I had set aside for the move. I would 100% stand by a recommendation for anyone to use RMP for a local move in the Portland area. Honestly, never had a smoother move than with RMP. read more

These movers were absolutely fantastic! Russ from the start was very attentive and polite. They helped us move items between storage units and homes, worked tirelessly the entire time, and treated every item with care and respect. Nothing was damaged, and their positive attitude and strong work ethic made a stressful move so much easier. I would not hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services. Thank you for the incredible job! read more

Russ was very professional. Kept in touch via phone, showed up at the appropriate time, wrapped the chair I wanted moved extremely well and delivered it to the destination with no mishaps - and the recipient was very pleased with his service. And his flat-rate quote was very reasonable and competitive for the service rendered. I would highly recommend RMP to anyone needing something moved. I'd like to attach a picture, but can't figure out how to do so. read more

Russ, Russ, and Russ were awesome! I hired RMP moving to unload a 16' POD into a 2 story home. They showed up on time, worked quickly and safely, and got the job done with time to spare - which they used to unwrap, assemble, and arrange my items. They were attentive and insisted on not letting me work too hard! The price was competitive and fair but the service far exceeded my expectations. They were an absolute pleasure to work with! read more

Friendly team of guys! Really appreciate how seamless they made my move. Timeline took longer than quoted but move day fell on a day where a heatwave rolled through. All three men had a smile on their faces and were kind and professional. I moved from a 2bed 2bath apartment on the 6th floor into a 3bed, 3 story townhouse. I knew the second they took the bed up those stairs it was gonna be money well spent! Thank you read more

The team arrived promptly and were very helpful with helping me with supplies I needed and loading everything onto the truck safely and quickly. I didn't have much but they did everything very quickly and it helped me have a stress free move! I would recommend and use them again! Great also for the three hour minimum and the hourly rate it was very affordable. Great experience would recommend and will be using again . read more

The young gentlemen were very efficient. They wrapped all of the furniture. They were willing to set everything up in the new condo, but we informed them we would take care of that as we settled in. We asked them to assist with one issue at our new condo and they helped us with that issue (a broken mirror door needed to be wrapped). The price point per hour was the most affordable on Yelp. My recent move was from a 2 bedroom home to another 2 bedroom home. RMP Moving sent 3 movers with a 26 foot truck. It's difficult to put trust into strangers when handling all of my belongings, but these movers handled everything with care. They were professional and friendly. They asked great questions before handling fragile and expensive items. Scheduling was a quick and smooth. I highly recommend this crew! read more
