I later found out that two of the outdoor lights were not even wired, they were just screwed into the wall. Garage lights were not installed correctly, having visible exposed wires that needed junction boxes. These were only a few items that were missed. Do yourself a favor and find a home inspector who is experienced in construction and is out there to work for you and not the realtor trying to make the sale.
