My floor is constantly dusty, the box elder bugs manage to come in too. It gets so dusty at the entrance that dirt settles onto the stairs and of course gets tracked along the hallway. That was the pesky area I wanted clean. The tech came in and licketty split got the stains out of my carpet, and cleaned the area I wanted and did an excellent job. My carpet is OLD, HOW OLD IS IT??? Only the true owner knows. I didn't expect super-duper clean because of the age. BUT the tech came in cleaned the carpet so well that I had to look closer to see if the stains were really gone and they are! When I move out of this place I will call them again. In fact, I know my stairs will get dirty this winter so I will be calling them again in a few months or so.

Although I was reluctant, as my spouse works nights and wouldn't be able to sleep, I agreed to have them come the next am but had scheduled a whole house cleaning to start at 12. They assured me they would be there and be done in time. Their scheduler then said they would be out 8-9 the next am but would shoot for closer to 8. At 9 they texted and said they would come after finishing another job. I called and they said they would arrive by 10 am and would be done prior to the 12 am cleaners....At 10 am they called and said they would be there at 1030 and said it would take 2-3 hours...Shane then said he can't control employees calling in sick.
