After cleaning the vents and dryer and full dryer troubleshooting, we contacted At Your Service Pros (kudos to the Costco-dispatched tech for noticing the extremely hot circuit breaker). At Your Service was very flexible on appointment times, and one of their techs, Kyle, came out to service the home. Kyle reproduced and diagnosed the issue to the circuit breaker. Not only did he fix the circuit breaker, but he also noticed some of the wiring needed to be placed at the service panel, which he did as well. He also checked the other breakers while he was out there and made sure the dryer outlet was okay. Lo and behold, the dryer works perfectly now. Thanks Kyle and At Your Service for getting this issue fixed and for taking a larger look at the panel to make sure things look okay. The pipes had already been cleaned under the sink, but it turned out there was a blockage in some old pipes in the wall. He came back the next day and opened up the wall in a bedroom behind the sink in the bathroom. He was able to clean out the pipes and replace a pipe that had been corroded and ended up breaking during the auger process. Brent and his coworker worked quickly to diagnose the problem and also cleaned up everything before leaving. I was very impressed with his work ethic and thoroughness with the job, as well as his honesty regarding what needed to be done. He gives a two hour window when he is coming to allow you to plan your day and his time for scheduling is very reasonable and not far out. Sometimes same day, or a few days later, depending on the situation. I will definitely call Brent again when I have plumbing problems that need to be fixed.

The tech called and said it would be $850 plus $95 service fee so I called a friend who owns a company 150 miles away and said what should this cost to have my unit cleaned . He said $99-$175! ‍ So I put on Facebook any recommendations and got a one man show company that came and cleaned for $99 and no service charge fee. ‍‍‍ I do have to say when I called SOS to cancel my appointment to repair they waived the service charge fee after looking at my scenario so the company does have some good employees.

The reviews convinced this super skeptic when it comes to making the call for someone to give a bid on an expensive repair. It was easy to set up an appointment and they were here when they said they would be. They spent time talking me through the options and didn't hard sell me on anything. They didn't even suggest a replacement but I was already anticipating it because our unit had reached its limit. They said they could install one of their partner water heaters or I could purchase one and have them install it for me, both at reasonable rates. I ended up going with their water heater because it could be done same day without a lot of hassle. The pricing was fair and reasonable. They were done in a couple hours and we are back up and running with hot water. Many of the other companies that claim to be local have been bought out by private equity firms and their pricing reflects it. Steer clear. These guys are legit and will be the place I call when water/plumbing-related issues arise!

They were responsive and a tech came out within a day or two. It turns out the water was due more to my drain hose and had nothing to do with the equipment. The tech then ran through my entire softener to make sure it was operating correctly and left. No charge, although I'd have gladly paid for a service call. Sharp is a top-notch company. My dad recommended them to me after he had a great purchase and install experience. I won't go anywhere else for anything I can get from Sharp.
