Reasonable pricing. Fast turnaround around. Why only 4 then? 3% charge if using credit card. Which most people do as who carries $600 around ? Many charge 3%. BUT here's my rub - No accounting - dealer claims I paid cash for the repairs and charged me 3% - that means they don't claim the 3% as income AND I can't claim the 3% as expense. My receipt does the repair work and cash paid - not the extra $60 for processing. Moreover they said the debit card is not subject to the 3% charge. Why? Same processing service. Finally - they don't tell you up front - which is something the service advisor should do out front. Heads up to the 3% or use debit card - or get the cash. I would have saved $60. Seems like a little bit it's really not. Bit not enough to lose more than one star

I asked if the work would be done in one day the person on the phone assured me that would happen. Big surprise...the work was not done that day. I called and left three messages for Angelo in service and never received a call back to get an update on the car. Finally, at about 7pm Wednesday evening I was able to speak to Chris who was very apologetic but informed me that the car had not even been looked at! Chris assured me that the car would be ready so I could pick it up on Thursday morning and be out of the dealership by 9am. I should have known better than to believe that but ok...benefit of the doubt...I tried to have faith. I was told by Chris I would get a call by 7:30am on Thursday to arrange my ride from home to the dealership. At 7:45am I made a call to the dealership and spoke with someone who told me they would not be over to pick me up until almost 9am. OMG!!! When I finally got to the dealership, Chris wasn't there and Angelo was nowhere to be found. At about 8:45 Angelo appeared and I was informed that they had still not started working on my car. REALLY???? Finally at almost 9:30 I got the car. However, because of the delay I wasn't able to help my elderly neighbor get to their doctor's appointment for which I was supplying the ride. Nice job Nissan! I wonder if dealership service departments will ever stop making promises they can't keep...
