The salon was so neat and tidy--I was really impressed! I experiment with my hair often, but lately I'd let it fall to the wayside. I explained that I wanted something shorter, but that my hair was frizzy, fine, and curly...and I really didn't want to look like my mom. Chansa did an amazing job with my curls. She styled it wet and scrunched in some very light hair cream, and I was so very happy with it. Overall she was easy to talk to, super kind, a great stylist, and I look forward to seeing her in four weeks. We're doing fun colors next! :)

My hairdresser was nice, I showed her a picture of a previous haircut I had done that I wanted again, and the haircut came out just okay. While I was in there chair there were probably 4+ people coming in that wanted their haircut and were getting sent away because of the wait, and I think my hairdresser felt pressured because of this, it was honestly the fastest haircut of my life, though I don't think that's a positive statement. I also got a blow-dry, which usually puts a nice wave into my hair when done correctly, but I think she was in such a rush she just dried it as fast as possible and not really thoroughly because my hair was all frizzy afterwards and I had to go home and re-blow-dry it. If I had known I'd just have had it washed and cut and not paid the extra for the blow dry. Anyway, $40 later after tip and I'm not sure I'll ever be returning here.

I have a disabled little girl I was attempting to get her first haircut at 11 on a Sunday May 7th…read more My daughter's father walked in as the website says "walk ins always welcome."They informed him walk ins were not welcome, that an appt would be needed. We looked online at available times. 3:55 was available. He and I discussed if we should come back. When we went to book it, an 11:45 one appeared which was 10 mins away. We assumed someone cancelled. So we booked it. We carried her in and the "manager" Elisha came over as we were checking in with someone else. She said "we haven't even had any of our breaks yet! that's why we already said "NO!" and she said it aggressively. I said but we went to book it and it looked like something opened up. She started getting louder and bobbing her head repeating "we haven't had any breaks yet and it's a "NO!" At this point I'm angry. I told her how unprofessional she was and asked who her manager was and of course she said herself. She was very aggressive and unprofessional. She then told me to "get out" after I said I would be leaving a review on my experience and asked her name to which she proudly offered her business card with the name "Elisha" "Manager" on it. She also told me applications are available?! Thinking I would want to help out sarcastically. She showed my family such disrespect, but his is how she treats her customers. I feel like we were discriminated against because of my daughter having a disability (as it's visible). Highly do not recommend.

He specifically asked please do not cut into my beard, I'd like a fade with it short ontop. Well it didn't even look cut and when she trimmed around his ears she missed hair and it was jagged and looked like something I'd do at home. We paid and left and I took my fiancé to another place to get it fixed, paid over 50$ between two places because I didn't want my fiancé to look goofy! A fade should not be a hard cut I've watched it done a ton of times, since the last manager Ashley left this salon has been on the decline, used to love going here but after two bad cuts we will not be returning :(
