When the repair guy told me there was no warranty on the work because my AC was so old, I knew it was time to stop throwing money at it and replace the whole thing. I started calling around and getting quotes from several HVAC companies. Surprisingly, the pricing was all pretty similar. The big difference was the equipment. A lot of the companies were quoting brands I either hadn't heard of or didn't have much confidence in. Evolution was the only company I spoke with that was using American Standard and really stood behind the quality of the equipment they were installing. That ultimately made the decision for me. The entire process with Evolution was professional and easy. They showed up, got to work, and had the full installation completed in about 5 to 6 hours. I was expecting the house to be without AC most of the day, but they got everything done much faster than I expected. We've had the new system running and love it. The first thing we noticed was how QUIET it is. Our old condenser was so loud that you always knew when it kicked on. With the new one, I sometimes have to actually listen for it to make sure it's running. Replacing an entire AC system is not exactly something anyone gets excited about spending money on, but if I had to do it, I'm glad I went with Evolution. Good equipment, professional installation, and no games with the pricing. Very happy with the decision.

It's quieter, cooler, and more energy efficient. One insider tip if you poured concrete around your condenser pad and if it was larger that the new pad, you can ask to fill the opening with gravel. I dry poured some concrete to partially fill the opening and bought a larger condenser pad to help stability.

We reached out to J Martin and they were incredibly responsive, came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and had our AC repaired and running properly again. When it's this hot, getting someone out quickly is one thing -- getting the problem diagnosed and fixed the same day is another. The entire experience was professional, efficient and straightforward from start to finish. Really appreciate the urgency and quality of service. We'll absolutely be using J Martin again for any future HVAC needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area.

An Incredible Company with an Incredible Heart…read more I can't say enough wonderful things about Sano Plumbing Heating AC and its owner, Patrick Kelley, a Marine veteran. They do excellent work--they're fast, professional, respectful, and fairly priced. And on top of all that, we discovered firsthand the extraordinary heart behind this company. My husband of nearly 50 years, Ron, a proud Marine veteran, is battling stage IV pancreatic cancer. When our air conditioning failed during the summer heat, our niece reached out to the Marine Corps League. They listened to our story, stepped up to help, and connected us with Patrick Kelley, the owner of Sano Plumbing Heating AC and a true example of Marine kindness. Without the Marine Corps League, our paths would never have crossed, and we will always be deeply grateful. Patrick personally came to our home, sat down with us, and explained how he could help. His kindness and extraordinary generosity went far above and beyond anything we could ever have expected. Then Noel and Roberto installed our new system in just one day. They were exceptional--efficient, diligent, compassionate, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire installation. They treated our home as though it were their own, worked quickly without ever sacrificing care or attention to detail, and left everything beautifully clean when they finished. We couldn't have asked for a better team. Service has always been part of our lives. Ron was honorably discharged from active duty in 1974 and, in 2012, joined Semper Fi #1 Memorial Honor Detail, an all-Marine, all-volunteer organization providing military honors for veterans at Riverside National Cemetery. I was raised by my father, Richard Taylor Bellis, a proud career Marine and Mustang who retired as a captain after 22 years of service. Ron and I have always believed that when someone needs help, you show up. This time, the Marine Corps League and Patrick showed up for us. Through the kindness of the Marine Corps League, Patrick, and everyone at Sano, we were given comfort, peace of mind, and one less thing to worry about during one of the hardest times of our lives. If you're looking for excellent work, fair pricing, integrity, and genuine care for customers and community, we wholeheartedly recommend Sano Plumbing Heating AC. We will never forget your kindness and generosity! Semper Fidelis -- Always Faithful, Polly & Ron Danfield

When Isaac arrived, he took the time to troubleshoot my issues with me, and we quickly got to the root of the problem with my unit. We ended up with an all new heat pump system that is quiet and really efficient (17.5 SEER2). We already anticipated need for a new system since every tech that came in last 5 years said it was on its last leg, before it finally died during an extreme heat warning. The installation crew arrived on time, were very respectful of our garage items (helped move bikes to backyard and even used cloths to cover from the sun!), never complained about the working conditions (hot garage and tight garden area for fan unit), and were informative about the process. They also left our property very clean and tidy upon job completion after a single (and very hot) day of installation. As a bonus, I was not expecting the excellent craftsmanship of the lovely stainless platform cover over the new plywood they cut-to-fit for the removal of the old/damaged platform/box deck, and they used duct-board and sealant to finally make the interior of the intake under the unit sealed from all the walls and dust generation that has been blown throughout the home since the 1970s. Could not be happier with the end product as well as the process from inspection/quote to system startup. I would recommend Air Blue HVAC to my mom, friends/family, and to you! Give them an opportunity to earn your business as they offered us the best price on the best system. Thank you, Air Blue HVAC team!

The first company (which we do not want to disclose their name) did not go well; they said we needed to spend around $1K on this repair immediately, otherwise, the unit will not last this summer. So we've searched for another HVAC company for a second opinion. That how we've found Trinity Heating and AC, and we are grateful that we were able to find them. Jimmy came to our house and inspected/repaired the unit on the same day with 1/3 of the cost quoted from the first HVAC company. He clearly explained what was wrong with the unit and he was transparent with which replacement part was needed. No scare tactics, No forceful subsription, No BS. We also appreicate how the company provided (and forementions) about their military discount. I felt that I had to go with them from the first call based on how much respect the company held/exhibited toward military service during my first call. In sum, we are grateful that we found them and we would surely contact them again in the future (if needed).
