On 7/11/24 my Insurance company assigned this company for service my AC. A technician came on Saturday 7/13/24 , looked at my AC and said he can fix it but it wouldn't last long (he was here no more than 5 min). [[HIGHLIGHT]]He had to come back so they scheduled me for 7/17/24 but on the same day they cancelled my appointment because the technician got hurt[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] ( don't tell me they have only one technician and no one else to cover). Anyways, they rescheduled me for 7/23/24. The same technician that came the first time (on 7/13/24) , came to do fix my AC. He lasted once again for 5 min and he said he needed to come back ( meaning reschedule for another day) because the office didn't gave him what he needed ( of course blamed the office! He knew the model of my AC and he supposed to come prepare to do the job). Not professional at all! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told him that he can come back any day except Thursday and of course the office reschedule me for the day I specifically told the technician I wasn't going to be here![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Saturday 7/27/24 two different technicians came and took a look at my AC and reported to my insurance. Few parts needed to be changed so the technician was going to order them! I received a text scheduling the repair for 7/30/24 . [[HIGHLIGHT]]On 7/30/24 waited and waited and they never showed up or called or anything . Communicating with this company is horrible and customer service is awful![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I called my home owners insurance many times to complain about this company! Unfortunately I was stuck with them. So they never showed up on my 7/30/24 appointment. My insurance called one of the technicians that came on Saturday 7/27 and said that it was an office error because he needed to order the parts and they wouldn't arrive that soon. Ok so days and days and weeks passed and my AC still wasn't fixed. On 8/13/24 Easy Breezy sent me a message schedule me for 8/20/24, finally replacing the parts and repairing my AC. 8/20 comes and why I'm not surprised, I received a text message from the technician that they needed a special machine so they will have it for 8/23 and if it was ok for them to come on Saturday 8/24. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I WAS LIVID! ! It has been almost a month a half dealing with this company![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I called my insurance and after all of this They finally approved me to switch for another company! I rather start all over again that deal with Easy Breezy one more day and on top of that to pay them $395 dollars out of my pocket for their service! This company is HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONALS! This company was assigned to me by Select Home Warranty, the Tech came out and was here for about 5 minutes and said.. I'm done.. waited for the check for the service call.. said I have to go back and get authorization from the warranty company.. then they would come back out and fix it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Friday comes along and I had not heard anything so I called and was told my claim was denied.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then had to call the warranty company and was told Freon is not covered in my policy so I would have fi pay for the Freon and if something is still wrong with the unit they can cover if it's a part that's covered under my policy, the quote for a "possible leak" and 5 lbs of Freon is $975, upset that I am being told I have to pay for this, I cancelled the policy cause I'm not giving them another dime and I will get warranty that covers Freon. I had another tech come out to look at the unit and he calls me up to the roof.. shows me the unit on but shows me that the blower is not blowing anything.. so my blower was out and needs to be replaced.. not Freon needs to be added and possible leak.. and the blower is covered in the policy.. so now I'm still with no AC because of this scam. I can only imagine that this company is trying to get paid twice.. they wanted me to pay for the Freon and check for leaks for $975 and then once they realized the blower was out and. Of blowing any air then they would have the warranty company pay.. this is a SCAM on me. I'm disappointed in this entire situation. And now Select home warranty is saying there is nothing that they can do because I cancelled my policy. Another scam. This company was dispatched through my home warranty company. Our AC wall unit located in our child's bedroom was scheduled for repair on Saturday June 22nd. The technician sent a text message right before the time of arrival to cancel due to a blown tire (understandable). I attempted to reach the company to see if another tech could be sent out and no one answered. I called the home warranty company and notified them of the issue and within the hour I got an automative text message from Easy Breezy stating that I was rescheduled for June 24th between the hours of 5am and 9am. I woke up today at 4:30am waiting on the technician. By 8am I called the company to inquire and was told I was on the schedule but the automotive text message system has a glitch and sent me the wrong time. I believe I spoke to a Millie and she then told me the tech would be out between the hours of 9am to 12pm. By 12:30 the technician had marked the order complete with the company but never called or showed. I have a Google home camera and he never showed to my property nor left a voice message or text on my cell phone. At 2pm I called again and was told that the technician stated he came at 10:55 to the property and he called me but I never picked up. When I told Millie that it was not true and I have a Google home Camera she stated they would call my home warranty company so that they could send another company out. This is not how you do business or treat customers. My husband and I are both Registered Nurses and he took Saturday off for the unit to be fixed and then I took today off for the unit to be fixed. Days off are not easy to come by on such short notice in our profession. I do not recommend this company. read more

Found them through my home warranty. The technician, Karo, was wonderful to deal with and he diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the AC capacitor in about five to ten minutes and even cleaned both my AC units!
