HOLY TWO SHITS AND A HALF!!! First time trying this place and I will forever be coming back! We had the Vegan breakfast sandwich with hash brown, and the avocado toast, they were both Sooo GOOD! Every time I would take a bite I couldn't help but say OHH DAMN!! You can really taste the flavor this chef knows what he's doing! I'm sure they're regular food is just as good, but it's hard to find vegan options and this place was ON POINT! (Sad we didn't get any pics of it) read more

Loved the vegan burrito and my husband loved the uptown burrito. Definitely a must whenever I'm in the Arts District. Thank you so much

Loved everything we had (Sabanero, the Sun-rise and the chocolate cake) . The service was excellent and so personable. He even gave me a chocolate cake slice for my bday. Everything had so much flavor and you can tell the ingredients are quality (like their fresh baked in house English muffins)! happy to have good vegan options. Yummy, quick and quality food! Would def go back!! read more

The keto breakfast burrito is amazing. The salad is refreshing. I will be coming back.

Been here 3 times within 2 weeks because of how friendly the owner has been, and on top of that the food is great! There is a lot of care that goes into each order and you can taste it in the quality. I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys good food with good vibes. read more

I got the tri tip and the brisket Sammy with a Mac and cheese side and beans. Taste of the meat was bomb, soooo incredibly smokey, and the beans were freshly made so they were hot. The Mac and cheese was underwhelming but the quality of the meat was amazing. Manny and the hostess in the front were so kind! Would come here again tho! One star tho because I feel like it was over priced for the sammys, and the side it comes with is teenie tiny. Convenient if you are grabbing a coffee at maru next door. The hours on Yelp weren't updated last time we went and it looks like it's open Tuesday-Sunday and closed on Monday. read more

Ok so I'm confused as if the uptown burrito was vegan cus damn it was the sauce and the delicious melt in your mouth is one of a kind. That chef dude knows wtf is up cus he has skills..., Try it try it try it . Also Love that it's in lift coffee! Grab a lil breakfast and coffee and start working "from home" read more

This is one of the best breakfast burritos around, up there with Lucky Boy and Corner Cottage. Fresh ingredients that are cooked after you order a nice complimentary salad really adds to this meal. The burrito has a ton of flavor and is a good size and a good deal. The owner is super down to earth, friendly, and you can tell he loves serving others his food. 13/10 would recommend will definitely be coming back! read more

Just came by the truck today. Did not order yet but will definitely be back. Food looks amazing! Review is for what I witnessed from the owner. A woman walked up. He asked "Did you want to order?" she looked confused and said nothing. He asked "Are you hungry?" She shook her head yes. He then gave her water and food to eat. This was a beautiful thing to see. His admirable human spirit. I will gladly give them my business and tell others. read more

I just ordered food through yelp and it was absolutely devine. We had Chai French toast, brisket burrito, bacon, hash brown patties, and a bacon and cheese sandwich with arugula. The burrito and sandwich came with a beautiful salad. Every bite was so amazing with flavor. Please visit as I will order from here again. You can also sit and eat as it is a restaurant. read more

If you haven't tried this place, you are missing out. The food is so good I've become a convert to vegan eggs. The Brisket was tender with a hint of sweetness. The walnut chorizo with the chipotle aioli is divine. The salad with a mix of fresh and dried fruits and slivered almonds is a mouthwatering complement to the savory dishes. Plus the chef was super nice. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. read more

Rize kitchen - This food is great! Definitely a great option if your looking for delicious AND healthy meals - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me

Rise kitchen was a hidden treasure! When walking in I was immediately greeted by the owner Eddy and he was so attentive and sweet. You could tell he knew his returning customers well, and that makes sense since after trying his food I will definitely be coming back. I ordered the kimchi burrito, the chai French toast, and the Brie & fig sandwich. The fig and Brie was amazing, it was "The perfect blend of sweet and salty" as described by Eddy. The kimchi burrito had an egg & hash brown inside that went together so well it was almost too perfect. Those two items came with a side salad of mixed greens, grapes, & carrots lightly coated with what I want to say was a vinaigrette?? Lastly was the French toast topped with apples, which was very good but I believe just needed sauce/syrup on the side. I did order it to go so he packaged it up perfectly not forgetting to ask if I needed cutlery. I would have taken photos of the food but it didn't last long since it was so delicious. read more

Can't say enough good things about this food! Creative and delicious. We are working our way through the menu and loving the healthy eating. Great breakfast burritos and sandwiches. So so happy to have something like this in Altadena. Try them you'll be glad you did! read more

Yelp asks that I speak about the Food, Service, and Ambiance. If you want to have an authentic experience that checks every box, this is the place to go. The art on the building may seem intimidating to some, but once you pass through the doors you are treated to a humble kitchen that does everything well. My order was taken by Eddy, and he walked me through the menu while asking about my day. He was thoughtful, energetic, and, most importantly, passionate about his customer base. After I ordered, he turned and diligently made the best burrito I have ever had in Los Angeles. The Rize Kitchen brisket burrito will be the benchmark burrito by which all other LA burritos will be measured. I knew it was legit as I watched them light their offset smoker outside, and smelled the sweet scent of wood cooking BBQ. After all was settled and my burrito sit nearly finished, I watched as Eddy thanked each customer as they left and promptly cleaned their table in preparation for the next. It is clear to anyone who sees that there is a joie de vivre in each employee with an unrelenting desire to provide an authentic yet humble experience to each customer that leaves them both satisfied and nostalgic. Turns out, he employees his son so I'm guessing it runs in the family! I am grateful to have stumbled upon this restaurant, and I will be recommending it to everyone I know. read more

Truly the best vegan BLT I've ever had! Can't wait to go back, the chef is personable and cooks amazing food.

Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing, very hard to pick one as a favorite. Must try breakfast spot!!

Rize kitchen - Right hand side- Kimchi pretzel dog (left side is another vendor) - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me

I had the kimchi breakfast burrito with bacon instead of sausage. Even if you're unsure about kimchi, it just gave it that extra umami GOODNESS. It didn't need any other sauce at all. The antioxidant side salad was hearty & healthy with kale, sliced nuts & sliced grapes. I was totally satisfied with half the burrito & the salad, so I got to take the other burrito half home to eat later as yummy leftovers. Definitely go check this new place out! read more
