I booked 4 tickets for the Holiday Hologram on 12/23/25 at 3:00 p.m. for a family Christmas outing. We drove over an hour to get there, only to be told by a "manager" that our appointment was canceled due to overbooking. The staff then lied to our faces, claiming they were "down to only 3 headsets" and couldn't accommodate us. Meanwhile, we were literally looking past them into the VR room where a family of FIVE was currently playing with headsets on. When I pointed this out, the young girl claiming to be the manager just kept repeating "you're canceled" with no explanation. It was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly disgusting to lie to a customer in front of their family. My grandson went from being incredibly excited to completely crushed. We are local reviewers and will be sharing this experience with our community. Absolute mess of a business.

He said we could use other amenities for party including the games. He set us up with a card. My son went to use it and it had no balance. I asked why and he said the balance won't load until laser tag ended. I asked how long and he said 20+ mins. So instead of making an 8 year olds day so he could play laser tag with his friends, you give us a card where we need to wait 20+ mins before it has any value. Thanks for nothing.

Even though the business right next door "Get Air" was open. If your not going to be open the lest you could do is post it on you website, so people don't make unnecessary trip. And in the case of my son, be heart broken on his birthday!!!! This is a terrible way to run a business, I'm a manager if large chain of stores and would be mortified if any of my patrons had to learn we were close from a sign on the door when our website stated we were open until 10pm!
