Laser Web is a great place to take the kids (and big kids!) for a night of fun and great exercise too! We're talking laser tag until you drop on Fridays for just $18! No joke, all-you-can-play-night is the best all-season family fun we've found so far. It's from 8-11pm and seriously worth it! My boys pant and sweat and absolutely exhaust themselves silly, which makes for a fun ride home aka SILENT! Oh my gosh!! If that's not your thing, they have plenty of arcade games, virtual reality, and more with tons of specials throughout the week that keep us trying new things. They have a snack bar, booths nearby to sit down and eat, and plenty of easy parking--definitely nice for a change of pace. They also do birthdays but based on the reviews I might add that your mileage may vary and certainly do your review homework to be sure. Overall, for what it is, I really appreciate having them in the area when my boys are in need of a good run and the weather isn't cooperating. Better than nothing, but only barely. This place has about 15 or so arcade games. But unless you like shooting or claw games you'll be out of luck. I was surprised that they didn't even have sled ball, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire or any games of luck. We spent the $20 per person to do their escape room and we're sorely disappointed. We were given 45 minutes and were only told that we needed to find 6 vials of this pretend antidote to get out alive. At Breakout Dayton they give you clues to help you along the way. Nothing like that here. The "guide" stayed in the room with us but was next to zero help. We were aggravated that we had wasted our money and point blank told him that. Still no help. When it was done we asked him " Can you tell us now what we missed?" His response "Uh, a lot of things." Won't be returning. read more

We had my son's 8th birthday party here. The kids AND adults both had a great time! We did the Ultimate party which included two games, drinks, pizza and the use of the party room. The hostess was Batgirl and she was great! The only negative I could come up with was that the party room was a bit small and could use a fresh coat of paint. There is also a door that opens to the outside, so anyone can walk in while you are in the arena. Batgirl did tell us that it sets an alarm off at the front desk to alert them. I REALLY like how they let the kids (ahem, and MAYBE the adults joined...) play one game, then come eat pizza, cake and open gifts before starting the second game. I had some kids that were running late and it was nice that they were still able to play in a game. read more

FUN TIMES!!! Great professional staff and a friendly environment. Everyone there had lots of fun and both teams were competitive....reasonable price and quick service....highly recommended for people looking for fun on a bored day, family time, or looking for fun and not wanting to spend lots of money. read more

I booked a party for 20 kids. I was told I could get the room by 2:45 to set up (party was to start at 3 with our first Laser Tag at 3:10). I wasn't able to get into the room till 3. When I asked if I could go in earlier (they were vacuuming the room) I was told to wait, with armloads of stuff. There was a strong mildew smell in the room that was overpowering. After the pizza was served and during the second laser tag session my husband asked if there was anything that could be done about the smell. Most of the parents didn't even want to go into the room because of the smell. They brought in a ladder and closed the vents and then proceeded to spray febreeze all over the room, all over the pizza, drinks, cups, napkins, plates (all that I brought) and veggie tray that I also brought. We had to throw everything away and had to ask for more drinks to be brought. The pizza was never replaced. We were able to get a discount but with a fight. Initially they only wanted to refund the pizza. I will not book another party here. read more

We went for a company outing and it was a lot of fun. The staff was beyond accommodating and attentive and the food was pretty good!

Broken equipment and a staff that doesn't care. I was part of a private group that paid $1500 to rent their facility, and everyone had a miserable time because their equipment didn't work. The staff didn't seem to care. They kept bringing out the same broken packs even after we repeatedly asked that they be removed from service and fixed. They couldn't be bothered to open their concession stand for us or even provide us water. They did nothing to help us at all. We left feeling like we wasted our time and money. If you want to have a group party, look elsewhere. read more

Group of five went last night (Friday at about 930), went in and yes the one gentleman was helping three people in front of us, while standing at the counter two other employees didn't even acknowledge us. The one guy did get the printouts and passed them out, then went on to his next duty of holding the wall up. After 8 minutes of not ever being greeted or acknowledged, we left. Would give 0 stars if it were an option and we won't be back. read more

For the last 2 years I have taken the School Age children from my daycare center to Laser Web for their Laser Tag-Laser Web Package. This is a very large group. We usually bring 3 class of 18 students each, so that equals 54 students each trip. We usually take three tips over the course of a week. So approximately 150 kids including 6 chaperones, & 3 bus drivers. The Laser Web staff is well organized, courteous, and energetic. All of the equipment worked perfectly for us. The staff didn't seem distressed by our large numbers. They organized us all, kept our kids entertained, and provided an excellent activity for our students. My students beg us to go to Laser Web every summer now. Our teachers got to participate too and they LOVED playing Laser Tag with their classes. It was an EXCELLENT trip. read more

We had my son's ninth birthday party here on a Saturday at 12pm. Upon arrival we were showed to our party room. The entire facility was clean and inviting. The room itself was freshly painted and appeared to have new carpeting. Our hostess, Hannah, went over the itinerary and immediately got the pitchers of refreshments we had selected. When booking we had selected two laser tag games. Hannah was very attentive throughout and kept the schedule on track. The pizza was delicious and it is made onsite - the only regret is that I didn't order another pie-apparently three pizzas isn't enough for 12 hungry nine year olds-but that could've been the adults! ;) The management went out of their way to make certain the experience was pleasant. Workers were rude when purchasing tickets and explaining rules. Also, a miscommunication between the manager and my friend resulted in the manager yelling at my friend and claiming he "tried to rip off a game." Needless to say I will NOT be coming back here read more

Extremely poor customer service by the manager. We had a birthday party for my son. Vests went out during the game. When we went to tell them, there was no apology, if fact, we were talked down to. I don't think we will be having any more birthday parties there. read more

I went with a group of fifteen family members. We all had a blast. However, this was in spite of the fact that the packs seemed to stop working many times and the staff was REALLY unfriendly. At least five different people had to go replace their packs during the game. The staff didn't bother to fully explain the rules to us and acted annoyed and condescending when we asked for clarification. I was really astonished at how rude they were. However, laser tag is AWESOME and we had a good time. So, three stars. read more

An absolutely excellent Laser Tag experience and arcade to boot! Kudos to the moderators as well!

Lets start with if there was a 3.5 star I would have chosen that. I'll start with the good stuff, I took a group of about 60 people to one of the all-nighters. Overall the kids had a good time. The kids enjoyed the go-carts a lot as well as the arcade and mini-golf. Food was prepared on time. They served quickly and efficiently and it tasted pretty good for it being an indoor entertainment place. My complaints from kids and myself, the laser tag had the most problems. The first was rules were explained poorly, the instructors assumed everyone had played there before and ran through them quickly, honestly I do not care if only one kid hasn't heard the rules, please explain them anyway. Secondly a few packs were messed up, not a big deal besides the fact that they were helped slowly when my kids were asking. When I went to help[ them, the staff hurried up a bit more. My last and biggest complaint was being understaffed, the staff that was there did a good job and were helpful, but when you have roughly 500-600 kids running around, I expect more than maybe 7 people there. read more
