After the customer suggested she help me first but at least she didn't make a fuss. She also didn't give me too much problem price matching their online price. Annoyed that it's different. I took my iMac here two years ago to put in a new hard drive in to my iMac. They charged me $100 to…read morejust open it. And more toe do actual work. I had it back in there in a couple days because it seemed to be overheating. They put in some thermal gel to help. I don't think it did. Cut to two years later that same drive has now blown up, and my screen has decided to die. I took it to Gem City over in The Greene and they were way more experienced with iMacs, and charged me $100 to replace the screen and reinstall the new HD, which replaced under warranty. And fix the tiny ribbon cable that had gotten all jacked up inside that... controlled thermal stuff and screen temperature or something. So All my problems, were probably from this one cable DNA bungled and possibly caused the screen and HD to die due to heat. These guys I think will do great on PCs, but take your macs elsewhere.
