One of my favorite restaurants just opened their new location in Edmond! I couldn't be happier since this location is much closer to me. First off, the interior is beautiful. I love how bright and inviting the space seems. They have a really nice bar area with a tv insight. Upon entry, we were greeted by everyone. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. The bartender recommended me some drinks which were all amazing. As for food, their pho was flavorful and clean. They don't skimp out on the herbs which I love. I don't know if it's the location but the pho hit extra hard today! The banh mi was great too. I haven't tried most of their new entries. So, I'm excited to try those at their new location. Can't wait to visit again!

Exceptional Vietnamese cuisine restaurant that has the same menu as Rivière Bahn Mi near Midtown/Downtown, great curries, Bahn Mis, bowls and beverages. Excellent service and spacious interior with a fancy bar also having plenty of seating. Highly recommended!

Buhn Mi tacos, bulgogi, shrimp, and carne asada.

This place is amazing. Buhn Mi tacos are the star of the show in my eyes. My wife loves the pha-rench dip. Really can't go wrong with what you get there. They've got a full range of alcohol and beverages. Good decor and environment. Everyone's super nice there.

The pho is the best I have had in the metro area. Super friendly staff and great service also!

We just had a wonderful lunch. The Vermicelli Bowl with lemon grass pork was great! Restaurant is very clean and has a beautiful bar.

I've been meaning to try this place and finally had the chance to stop by. Staff were friendly, but…read morethe ordering system wasn't clearly explained--you order first at the counter and then go back to pay after eating, which felt a bit slow, especially with lots of takeout orders. I ordered the bún riêu (crab noodle soup). Portion size was good with plenty of toppings, but the broth was bland and lacked depth. The grilled pork bánh mì was flavorful but could've used more meat. Pork egg rolls were decent. Overall, glad I tried it, but I wasn't very impressed. Might've ordered the wrong dish.

Cafe Ti Bo is a Vietnamese restaurant in Edmond, OK that serves a variety of Vietnamese dishes. You…read morehave the traditional appetizers, vermicelli, egg noodle, glass noodle, rice platters, pho, and Vietnamese baguettes. I would recommend to come here for their special dishes such as Bun Cha Ha Noi, Bún Đậu mắm tôm, bún riêu, bánh khot, and bánh cuốn. Bún Chả and Bún Đậu are traditional northern Vietnamese dishes which usually come with grilled meats, vermicelli, vegetables and served with fish sauce. In Bun Cha, use lettuce to wrap these ingredients together whereas Bun Dau typically comes with wraps. I tried the Bun Cha and it was great. The mints at Cafe Ti Bo were super fresh. Bun rieu and bánh cuốn are more readily consumed dishes, no wrap or additional work needed. Bánh khot is like mini "bánh xèo" so if you like bánh xèo then this dish is a good alternative. The prices of these dishes are quite fair, $13-14, with good portion size. The kumquat and coconut juice was good but it did have a distinctive smell of pickled kumquat. The "che ba màu" which was their only dessert was excellent. With so many dishes left to try, Cafe Ti Bo is on my return list.
