As soon as we walked in, there was a long line of people checking out and paying their bill at the very front. Finally, the very busy lady behind the counter who was helping everyone check out acknowledged us, asked us how many we were and I told her two. Then a second employee came out out of nowhere and acknowledge the man after us who was in line behind doesn't ask him how many were in his party and he said one she took a menu immediately seated him and did not even acknowledge us nor ask us how many we were. At this point, I was already not happy however a third employee showed up and quickly seated us because the first employee told her to help us When we got seated, our waitress told us her name was Melissa although on the check it read as Jacquelyn Melissa was very nice and patient with us because we were not decided very quickly and this was our first visit. When everything arrived, and the portions are absolutely generous everything was piping hot, and there was no game of trying to find the meat in either of our orders The pancakes are big, slightly fluffy, and definitely not overly burdened with flower, which is great Coffee is OK could be stronger Glad that we got seated at a booth by the window I would definitely come back here again Eventually, while we were eating, I was facing that front area in that front desk area. And I noticed even more employees coming to the front to help out with seating and some of them even picked up water, pictures and coffee pots and were walking around doing refills.

The service staff was warm and welcoming. The server we had at our table seemed to be in a bad mood but she still kept our cups full. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was clean as well, except it had those faucets where you have to was one hand at a time...who does that?? Overall I was very pleased with the service and quality of the food. I was greeted kindly at the door. The server could have smiled just once but we all have a bad day from time to time. Eggs shouldn't have shells in them. But the waffle was to die for. I'd recommend them to all pancake house lovers.

This is one of my favorite places for brunch. I love that they open early, and they have some really good cocktails. Their Bloody Marys are a favorite of mine, and during my last visit I tried a lavender cocktail that was absolutely delicious. The food never disappoints. I usually go for something hearty, like a breakfast burger topped with an egg and all the fixings, and their monkey bread is SO good and definitely worth trying. The service has always been great. Food and drinks come out quickly, the staff is attentive, and I've never felt rushed. I also really enjoy the atmosphere because you can actually sit and have a conversation. Whether you're meeting friends for brunch, going on a casual date, or even enjoying brunch by yourself, The Harvest Room is a great choice. After multiple visits over the years, they've been consistently good, and I'll definitely keep coming back.

For only having 5 tables of customers and 3 waitresses, it took 6 minutes to get a menu, then another 10 to simply place an order (from a pretty small and simple menu. . A basic order of a large orange juice, pancake special, no eggs no butter, biscuits and gravy no eggs and side of bacon, and a turkey bacon club, turned into a 20 minute wait for food, with no orange juice, no bacon. So 10 minutes later when we could finally get her attention, the annoyed 50+ year old woman appalled that we would want what we ordered. Crazy, I know. So she brings us a small orange juice (we ordered a large) and disappears til we get the check while bringing the side of bacon we ordered asking if we ordered it, while clearly holding a receipt saying we did. Needless to say $50 later for shitty service and bland ass food, we will not be back. It's a hole in the wall that should probably be bricked up like a mausoleum because clearly it's only meant for geriatric people lacking taste buds, with nothing but time and spare cash for overpriced slop ‍

Try this place out on a random Saturday morning. First, let me say that it is hard to find as the…read morebuilding looks like some type of converted commercial construction warehouse space prior. It has very low ceilings very few windows and from the street. There's only one large sign to see it. Even on the building itself there are no signs on it not even on the door. Parking here is a little unusual as there is some parking in the front that I think you can park in that is shared with the florist. Otherwise, you have to drive to the back to the very construction looking area to find parking. Once in let me say that the staff was very friendly there was quite a bit of them, and we were seated immediately. Unfortunately, again going back that I think this used to be some type of a commercial space converted. The bathroom door is open directly into the dining space and there is no separate hallway for it. We were seated in the very last booth closest to the restrooms. The staff was very friendly, patient and attentive, so this was fantastic. There is a sign that says that this is family run by the Barrera family. And it's so great to know that we can patronize a small business. The food came out very very quickly, which was fantastic so no complaints there and it came out piping hot, which is even better. The portions seem really big however please note that the hashbrowns alone took up half the plate. So it would have been nice to get a third option available on the menu to put with your dish for the plate for example of fruit option even for my Benedict or a fruit option or another vegetable or carb for that omelette. There was so much food that we took some of it home as well primarily due to the hashbrowns. The only real complaint is the coffee here. It is so thin and it is basically brown colored water that after this we went across the street to Starbucks to get real coffee. I know this place is new and is definitely trying to get its footing so I look forward to it succeeding and then being able to really improve upon the space or better yet get a better building and location.
