My appointment was today at 1pm and Luis was gracious, courteous, and made me feel as though I was a friend coming to visit. The experience took about two hours and then I was passed over to Joon Shin in finance. I usually dread dealing with the finance department as I have had negative experiences in the past. However, Joon was an absolute pleasure to work with and he made me feel very comfortable as though we knew each other already. I can't say enough about how professional and supportive these two gentlemen were, and kudos to Bell Lexus for onboarding great people like Luis and Joon. Thank you so much, I will be referring people to your dealership.

That was my first introduction to Eric R. as my service advisor, and he immediately made a great impression. The technician identified a few issues that needed attention, and instead of pushing to keep all the work in-house, Eric actually recommended I contact CarMax first to see if they would cover some of the repairs since I had just purchased the vehicle. That level of honesty and customer-first service was a welcome surprise. And to CarMax's credit, they did address some of the issues. For the remaining items, BMW North Scottsdale handled the repairs and did an outstanding job. Most recently, I needed to replace my windshield and already had a service appointment scheduled. I reached out to Eric to see if BMW North Scottsdale handled windshield replacements. While they don't, he gave me the contact information for Penske Rapid Repair and even suggested coordinating both appointments together to save me time. Unfortunately I couldn't make the timing work, but my service visit still went smoothly from start to finish. I usually wait at the dealership while my car is being serviced because the amenities are excellent. The downstairs waiting area has two coffee machines, snacks, free Wi-Fi, large TVs, plenty of tables, and comfortable seating. Upstairs there's another coffee machine and smaller waiting area, plus it's fun walking around the showroom checking out all the cars--especially the M and M Sport models upstairs. Even the parts department is worth browsing because it's stocked with BMW merch. One of my favorite things about their service department is the inspection video the technician sends showing exactly what they found on the vehicle. Eric also always takes the time to review the inspection results with me, including estimates for recommended maintenance, and he's great about answering follow-up questions honestly--especially when I ask whether something needs immediate attention or can wait. I also appreciate that most communication, including payment, is handled through text which makes the entire process incredibly convenient. Overall, this has consistently been one of the best dealership service experiences I've had, and it's the reason I continue bringing my car back to BMW North Scottsdale.

Over the past…read more10 years, the experience has declined to the point where it feels more like a basic, non-luxury dealership. They do not even offer bottled water to customers, and if you are transferring belongings from your old car to your new one, do not expect more than a Fry's grocery bag. I understand that customer loyalty does not mean much anymore, but it was still disappointing to feel nickel-and-dimed throughout the process. The initial trade-in offer was so low that I almost walked out. They also fixated on a tiny windshield crack on my trade-in, repeatedly insisting I file an insurance claim or pay out of pocket to replace it. This is hardly my first car purchase. I spent years in the automotive industry, and my grandfather owned a dealership for 40 years, so I understand how the business works. And if a dealership truly cares about its clients and their experience, it should not operate this way. To be fair, my salesperson was very nice and seemed like a genuinely good employee so I have no complaints about him personally. My frustration is with how the dealership itself is being run. I love my X3, but going back to BMW North Scottsdale for either service or sales is extremely unlikely.

We did not. - When I asked how the price jumped. $12,000 he said "oops I hit a wrong key, let me fix that" he then said they charged $1,899 for things the dealership added and couldn't be removed in order to get the car ready for sale. Well, that's not my concern- that's dealer prep. I don't pay for that- that the cost of doing business for them. I was shopping online and he told me the prices online on their website is not the TRUE selling price but a guesstimate. Because they were making no money on financing or add ons he said the price changed online. I went online figuring to pay for a car , taxes, license, doc fee ( questionable) but in the end - after fixing his mistake from above still had tacked on $6,000 to the online price . At that point I was more than done with his lies and Right Honda. I have so much more to say but I'm exhausted from all the back & forth with much of that making No SENSE. The breakdown given me changed three times never for added items . When he thought he had an interested car buyer he thought he had a SUCKER ! Stay FAR away from RiGHT HONDA---

    This was a very frustrating service experience…read more I scheduled an appointment almost a week in advance for a recall repair and was told the parts were in stock and that it would be completed the same day. Based on that, I planned my day around dropping the vehicle off early. After dropping the vehicle off, I later found out the part was NOT actually available and there was no clear timeline for when it would be. I ended up having to take the vehicle back. To their credit, they did call later and said the part could arrive within the next few days and asked me to bring it back, but the initial lack of preparation completely defeated the purpose of scheduling ahead and wasted my time. On top of that, I was given a ~$9,500 list of recommended services. I understand my vehicle has ~156k miles and will need maintenance, that's not the issue. The issue is that several of the items listed were things I had just recently replaced: - Drive belt replaced ~9 months ago (~4,000 miles) - Battery replaced ~6 months ago (~2,000 miles) - Cabin air filter replaced within the last 30 days Despite this, all three were recommended for replacement. When I questioned these, the advisor partially walked them back, which made the inspection feel inconsistent and hard to trust. The battery test was also confusing. The report showed 12.73V and 613 CCA out of 710, yet it was labeled as a "fail," even though the vehicle starts perfectly every time. It even said "cranking result: fail". At that point, it became difficult to tell what was actually necessary versus what was being recommended. Overall, the combination of unconfirmed parts, poor communication, and inconsistent inspection results made this a disappointing experience. I would recommend confirming that recall parts are physically in stock and reserved before bringing your vehicle in, and getting a second opinion on any major service recommendations. It's now been nearly a month since this visit. I was told someone would follow up regarding my concerns, but I have not been contacted. That lack of follow-through is concerning and raises questions about the level of communication and customer care throughout this experience.

I asked 3 separate times that my terms would not be changed given they were the ones holding up delivery, had them state I was fine. New Years Eve I get a text telling my to take delivery or rates would change. Again called and the manager stated I was fine and my terms would be honored. Welp Saturday I'm notified my car will be ready to schedule delivery and immediately it asks to re-submit my lease agreement. Lease monthly jumps by 250/mo more and it states they want 6500 more in down payment (Excellent credit score here). I then call and ask what's up and they told me I should have taken delivery before 1/1 and that they could not care less what they stated, if I wanted the rates I should have taken delivery on or before 12/31.... I could not physically take delivery if I wanted to, it was on a boat to the destination (Hawaii). They advertised this deal up and until Dec 31st, so they knowingly are screwing people over with deceptive marketing. It's $250 lost at the end of the day but has ruined this and any future desire to buy a Tesla.

    I brought my vehicle to North Scottsdale Volkswagen for a routine oil change, and during the…read moreservice they stripped my oil pan. I was then told the entire oil pan had to be replaced, turning a basic maintenance visit into an $800 repair. I was initially told my vehicle wouldn't be ready until after the weekend. However, once I began questioning how this happened during a standard oil change, the repair was suddenly completed in less than half a day and I was sent on my way. That inconsistency raised serious concerns. When I picked up my car, the engine light was still on, and the vehicle was returned dirty. After spending $800, I would expect at minimum a proper diagnostic and basic customer care, including something as simple as running the car through the wash. During the discussion about payment, I was spoken to in a dismissive manner and told that "nothing is free in this world,". That felt unprofessional and inappropriate, especially given the circumstances. I would strongly encourage others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here for maintenance. Based on my experience, the level of service, accountability, and professionalism fell well below what I expect from a Volkswagen dealership.
