The salon is very beautiful inside. I was greeted by staff and walked to the station i got my nails done at. Jane, my nail tech was very friendly. She made she I liked my colors before continuing the dipping process. I left one star out because although Jane did not drill all off my powder off she let it sit in acetone for a bit then filed it a few times. I went today (without an appt) and asked if they had availability. I was told they could get me in in 30 minutes. No big deal. I told them "that's great and I'll come back in 30 minutes.". When I arrived back they put me in a chair within 5 minutes . It was about 20 more minutes until a tech had finished. She went and grabbed another customer and I thought ok, maybe she had an appointment. Two more techs finished over the next 10 minutes and each grabbed other customers. I started to look around which the owner must have noticed and she then shouted at me across the salon "just a few more minutes.". It was now 35 minutes after I returned. I just got up and left. She could have originally told me to come back in an hour but she said 30 minutes. I didn't mind because I didn't have an appointment. But when I returned at the agreed upon time I should not have had to sit there for 35 more minutes. It was pure greed on the owners part. Now you have lost a consistent customer. When you are paying for a pampering service it should not add stress to your life. There is a nail salon on every corner and I will be taking my business to an owner who appreciates their customers.

I wanted to support her on her small business. I'm a mom in my 30s and she is a young lady just starting her nail career. I was polite, tipped her over 25%, I was on time and thought there was no issue, I barely spoke during our appointment in order to be polite and went out of my way to complement her on the nails she did. I spoke to her ahead of time about the design I was looking for, but decided to scale back to a simple plain cat eye because I only had about an hour and a half that day, but let her know that in the future, I would love to do a more intricate design when I had no time restraint. I think it's terribly unprofessional to block someone and deny service to them and only when I reached out to her via text was when she told me she does not want to do my nails any longer. I'd like to make this review as a warning, because if you switch your nail tech to Giselle, you are at risk of her blocking you and denying services to you, even if you are unproblematic, on time, friendly, and tip well!
